Hotel pros:
1) Location. Their beach is 10 minutes from the room - we lived in the 6th building. And 5 minutes from reception.
Naama Bay is a 10-minute walk away. Since the hotel is located in the very center of the city, you can quickly and inexpensively get from it to anywhere in the city by taxi (Old Town $ 4, Soho Square $ 7, El Lantern Beach $ 5 (in my opinion the best beach with a coral reef in all of Sharm) .
2) Beach + coral reef. Sandy beach with beautiful, not shabby sun loungers and umbrellas. Soft, calm entry into the water. Reef runs 30-40 meters in front of the beach. A lot of colorful fish (more often small, but large ones were also met, once we saw a stingray! ). It is very suitable for snorkeling, although of course you get bored quickly, go to El Lantern for new sensations. The bar on the beach is so-so - only b / a drinks are free. Beer $6.

3) Nutrition. For 13 days of stay, the food was not tired, not boring, thanks to the variety! Every day it will be to your taste - beef, fish (similar to sea bass. Very tasty), chicken in a different form. Also various mixes of dishes with rice, pasta (cooks cook in front of you). Vegetable dishes with beef. For dinner, dishes from the grill are served every day: kebabs, chicken, fish.
There are also many vegetables, snacks, pastries, desserts and fruits.
For alcohol: the all-inclusive system includes: non-alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee (cappuccino, latte, hot shock). Beer, very not bad, light. Rum, whiskey, gin. And all sorts of mixes with them. The quality is not bad - my head never hurt, but I did not borsch.
Wine is so-so like in all of Egypt, what to do is not a wine country)).
4). Staff. There are a lot of employees in the hotel. Most speak Russian. Almost everything is in English. Regarding the main building, where the reception is located, restaurants, a pub (in the English style, though already a little old, but this gives it a separate charm), a seating area and waiting area - everything is clean. Cleaners and waiters scurry here and there.
And as for the rooms - BAD. This and I is the main disadvantage of this hotel. The rooms are not cleaned very well, although every day. A couple of times they gave tips to the cleaners - this did not greatly save the situation. The floor is NEVER washed. They just sweep. Once they slipped a couple of bucks into the cleaner and said WASH FLO. And they just swept him away. Towels and bed linen were rarely changed. We must ask. Since the hotel is old, the furniture and other things in the hotel are old and out of order. We had an old broken sofa. The kettle didn't work. But it's still okay. One family who was resting at the same time with us had a faulty plumbing, a man got tired of waiting and asking for repairs and fixed everything himself)).

This is the main disadvantage of this hotel. And one moment. The hotel has a huge area! 7 main two-story buildings. We lived at 6 m. 5 minutes walk to the main building with a restaurant and a pub. And 10 minutes to the sea. Ideally, of course, to settle closer. Here, of course, as you like. In the first buildings it will be noisy, as the pools and terrace with animation are close. But the last one is still far away. If you forget something in the room, you will go straight to the crowbars.
And one more thing about the location. The hotel still has a couple of remote buildings. They have the word Dream in their name, but they relate to the hotel very indirectly. Take numbers from the Travel Agent marked "Garden View". Otherwise, you can be settled in these remote buildings. Yes, they are cheaper, but the discomfort that you get from daily walking to the restaurant and the sea is not worth it!
Minuses:
Probably the biggest minus of this hotel, which strained the most and almost every day. This is what this hotel is very fond of Arabs. We rested from 18 to 30.07. And hit their Muslim holidays. Analogue of Kubran Bayram. There were hordes of Arabs! They behave very cheekily, in places impudently. This is especially true for their women and children. They come with families, sometimes 10-15 people (including children). And in this hustle and bustle of their crowds of Arab mess, constantly screaming and screaming children. We spent 4 days. What happened in the restaurant! The staff did not take out such a bunch of people. Also due to the fact that they behave in the dining room, to put it mildly, not culturally! Each person picks up 6-7 plates.
On the table where their family sits, there is simply a mess of unfinished dishes scattered all over the table. After all, half is eaten at best! Speaking about the advantages of this hotel, we can add that any half-eaten food from the plate goes to the urn. The waiters and their assistants walk with carts where there are garbage bags, where they throw off any food from the plates without sorting (! ), They didn’t even touch the counter. At times, chaos was created in the dining room! Their children were sitting on the tables! But by the way, there were always free tables for us. The staff works quickly and accurately. As we learned later, from our people who work there, that they are directly punished for poor work!
Summing up, I can say that in general I liked the hotel! Rated 4.5 out of 5.

In many cases, of course, we were lucky, because we arrived before the holidays when there were few people and settled us in a good room. The hotel is more suitable for families with children. Every day there are animations and dances for children and adults)).
