A couple of years ago I already wrote a review about my favorite Hilton Dreams hotel, then I defended the hotel with my chest! ))) But on my last trip, my attitude towards the hotel has changed dramatically. The fact is that we have been regular guests of this hotel for 8 years already, it happens a year and we fly twice. We have special wristbands that are different from other Hilton visitors and we are members of the Hilton HHonors Club. This time we were settled in our permanent rooms, but the furniture for 4 months while we were absent fell into disrepair. The chairs are broken, the curtains are scorched and dirty. The air conditioner worked like this: it drove warm air from one end of the room to the other. In the end, it dripped and we ran around the room with rags for half the night. The room itself is not cleaned badly.

To the restaurant (if, of course, it can now be called that) claims only for food. Maybe we were so lucky this time, but there really was nothing to eat. Someone will say, they say, what did we come here to eat?

But for me, the category of the hotel is determined by this concept. For lunch of vegetables, only green peppers, cucumbers (and even then not always) and a couple of salads from zucchini and the same pepper. Just remembering this Hilton before, of course, your eyes are on your forehead ...They save on everything! Previously, bottled water was provided at the pool bar. As always, the waiter boys in the main restaurant do a great job.

A very unfortunate incident happened to us on this trip. All guests, including us, are given cards to visit restaurants upon check-in. So when we came to the Lebanese restaurant (let me remind you that we have been going to this hotel for the eighth year, and last year 2013 we were in September and November, so we ate dishes more than once), as usual, they brought us snacks and salads, we each took by spoon. When my mother took the second spoon, she found broken glass there, which characteristically and unpleasantly creaked on her teeth. As a result, she hurt her gum.
We called the waiter, showed and told about the problem, to which he quickly grabbed this salad and took it away. We went to the reception and without a scandal, quietly described the problem, the cook, the waiter, and the restaurant manager came out to us and everyone began to prove to us in chorus that it was not glass, but such grass ...I understand, it could have been a ride with people who first time at this hotel, but we then...The case ended with the fact that my mother was called a liar. This is despite the fact that we did not even raise our voice and did not demand any compensation. So now I think a hundred times. is it worth going to this hotel again...

A wonderful girl Dashenka is sitting in the lobby at the reception, she is a Hilton representative for working with Russian tourists. Always very friendly and attentive to guests. Everything will tell, show. But it happened that when the situation with the glass happened, she was on a mini-vacation, and she couldn't help us...
