General impression of the hotel as a whole. . We arrived early and were at the hotel at 6am. . . check-in took a very long time until 10:30 ???? . . approached the reception several times when they would check into the room, they only denied that they were cleaning. . . despite the fact that you are tired from the plane and it was very hot in the clothes that you flew from Kyiv. . and I didn’t feel much bad after the plane, they didn’t do anything to speed up the check-in process : ( . . they gave us a room for the pool although according to our documents we have a view of the garden... I wanted to see the garden as it is written because their compressor or pumps were buzzing for the pool . . the room is so clean but you can see that there is dust... the refrigerator freezes badly that the water is not cooled but constantly warm... the sea seems to be there and at the same time there is no (high and low tide)... panton is very long to walking constantly back and forth and strong waves ??? ? was but they tried this food themselves ? As for the fruit, by the way, there was a separate story for me personally. . . I understand everything that you can’t take out food in plates, but I picked up two tangerines ??? ? to eat them on the beach and enjoy the sea. . . and then the Watcher catches up with me from their dining room and takes these tangerines from me and speaks their language and sharpens in a bag what else I put there. . . I haven’t seen such impudence, honestly, for all that I paid that kind of money 39 thousand hryvnias for two for 8 nights 9 days for a vacation, I wanted the impressions to remain positive. . . but in such a relationship they only spoiled it. . . I wanted someone to educate their staff that it’s impossible to treat people greedily. . . especially before pregnancy. . in other hotels they give juices to the room and all sorts of things for the bath, and when you check out they give you a package to eat. . . Well, it's all such trifles. . . I wanted more so that in the dining room they taught how to communicate with people correctly, otherwise no one would go to them with such an attitude. . . I chose the hotel by rating and review, but I don’t know who writes them. . . I wanted to say that do not deceive people with what is really happening in the hotel. . . if a person came purely to swell, then everything is in rose-colored glasses and it’s nice and good. . .
