We arrived at 10 in the morning and it would have been nice if they just told us: “chao until 14”, no, they fooled us, come at 11, then at 11:15.11:30....12:30, then another 15 minutes later ( and every time the receptionist pretended that he was calling somewhere, you waited 5 minutes until he spoke something in his language to the interlocutor, then hung up and said: "the number is not ready yet"... in general, they wanted money and They gave me a room exactly at 2:00 pm I didn't like the reception service.
2. The rooms are very basic. There is a kettle and a refrigerator, which are 30 years old and they work terribly. At the tiny refrigerator, the door did not close well and nothing could be placed on top of the cabinet above it - it heated up instantly (and the refrigerator is placed in the cabinet, on which only most of the things can be laid out)

3. There is no sea. The fact is that you won’t go into the sea from the beach - it’s far and it’s a huge area of ​ ​ ​ ​ rocks, plus even if you come after half an hour - there are high corals at the entrance and you won’t be able to swim.
Entrance to the sea from the pontoon. It is long and there are two stairs at the end. The permitted swimming area is a small triangle for 35 tourists. You understand - the buzz is doubtful. Yes, you can swim behind the buoys. BUT! Near corals - half dead and very high! We were from April 19 to April 26 - there was a red flag all the time and they were not allowed into the sea. Yellow was exactly 3pm. The sea was rough. There are many tourists. It’s impossible to swim normally on a triangle of 3 by 3 meters, you always run into children, adults, the sea throws you from side to side, you swim a little closer to the coral and push it with a wave - bang a wounded leg (as I had). And the water was cold, by the way. I was freezing.
4. This is Raen Nabh. Beyond is the desert. It is very windy and the sea is bad. They said that this is always here until June. Going to this hotel is worth it only in the summer... It's a pity that no one said.
5. Very monotonous breakfasts. For those who are accustomed to normal food, there are eggs in any form + delicious pancakes (from the main one - this is weight). Dry breakfasts. Fruits. Smoked fish - exclusively for breakfast. I would love to eat this during the day or evening. But no - it is given only in the morning.
6. Boring animation for adults in the evenings. There are 10 of them. They are not very good. I checked several in a row in the evening. Not interesting at all. But every day at 9:30 a disco is normal, you can entertain yourself and if you get drunk, you can amuse tourists at the same time... ))
7. Some strange services - a towel can be exchanged until 17:00 everywhere and they are allowed into the sea until 17....It turns out - either the sea, or run and hand over the towel.

8. Consider that there is no food at the bars, only in the main restaurant at the time, because the bar with a small meal at the same time is almost the same as the main one. Everything else is paid... a sandwich bar - there are 2 terrible sandwiches: a sausage with a bun (without anything! ) or a bun with cheese. And yes, sausages - this is such a GGGgggg they have... I have not tried this anywhere else. It's straight to the trash. And sweets - really not very good. Beautiful and not tasty. It is better to eat fruits.
Now for the good:
1. Service is the best! Guys - waiters, service, tennis coaches, yoga, etc. - lovely, polite, attentive! I have never met such royal service anywhere. Everyone will ask you a million times how you are doing, say hello, bring and find everything you want....Just a heavenly life! Mainly because of the service and I give the hotel 8 out of 10 (although the service is 10, and the hotel without people and location is 4. . . )

3. Anex travel agency - I liked everything. Went on an excursion. Expensive - 85 bucks (called "All in One"). I would pay and go with them again. Guide - Zizu - my love! He told everything perfectly, provided all the services, did not lose anyone. Tourists were treated like children. Diving with instructors - super! Everything was great!
4. There was no sea, but I found something to do with myself. Relax pool is my passion, quiet, no children, relax. . . All drinks are available at the bar.
Tennis - if you want to even learn how to play, if you want to book a court and play, there will be lighting, archery, football, yoga, dancing, a gym - everything your heart wants. The SPA has 2 baths free of charge. But they are old, dumb and I did not want to go there) Massages - for a lot of money.
5. Lots of food! Miscellaneous. Yes, basically everything is spicy (I don’t like it), but I always found something to eat. I think the food is good. Even breakfast, yes, monotonous, but I never left hungry.
6. Cleaning on the territory itself and in the room is excellent. The young boy did a great job.

And now a request to the Ukrainians (I've seen enough of you at the hotel, because there were 85% Ukrainians here) - DON'T BE PIGS, drink to your health, but don't be rude to the staff and don't interfere with other vacationers! If it says relax pool, then take your screaming children to another pool, it's called "active" and do what you want there! And do not think that if you pay money for your vacation, then you should kiss your feet. Be normal people and do not disgrace our nation! And for normal, adequate people who have such an opportunity, please leave a tip for the staff. They have a crisis in the country and they are paid very little, they try and do everything possible to please you. Don't be greedy and enjoy your vacation by turning a blind eye to some of the little things.
