Разочарование Disappointment

This is our second time at this hotel. Compared to our previous visit, it's a disappointment. We arrived at 4 PM. They checked us in quickly, but there was nowhere to grab a bite to eat. Even the beach was closed. We hadn't eaten since last night. We had to wait for dinner. My husband ended up hungry and cranky.

The beach towel change policy is a major drawback. They change them in your room during housekeeping. You have to catch the cleaner when they show up near your room, come over somewhere, and bring you fresh ones. Previously, this procedure took place on the beach or by the pool.

Room cleaning is a special issue. The cleaners scurry around the building all day, but only come to clean after lunch. Just when you want to relax in the middle of the night. They only change the towels in your room if you hand them dirty ones. They don't change them themselves. The water is also a problem. They don't provide them during housekeeping.

Overall, a complete disappointment. We were happy with our stay three years ago.
