Vacationing with my husband.
I did not like the hotel, we are not the first time in Egypt and there is something to compare, even if not compared, the impressions were not very pleasant.
There is no early check-in, only for an additional fee of $30. Breakfast is not provided for early arrivals. Well, that's okay. The reception is not cozy, dirty, dirty glasses, it seemed that after the repair they left the glasses not washed. There are a lot of glass partitions on the territory of the hotel, which also have not been wiped for a very long time, this is very striking, creates a look of abandonment and the impression of complete indifference of the staff. The presence of glass in the design implies purity and airiness only when the glass is impeccable. They give one room key so that they don’t leave the air conditioner when they leave, and the refrigerator is also turned off accordingly, you won’t be able to cool anything, since you don’t spend most of the time in the room.

The staff is kind of gloomy with the exception of a couple of people, at the bars they pour cocktails into small plastic cups))) For a dollar they will pour them into a large one and even with ice, but one-time))) In the bar on the beach they often ignore, pretend that you are not there! )) Apparently, we are poorly visible for the number of Arabs))) After they pour a cocktail or coffee, they put it as if on purpose to another person in the queue)) It's all funny)) It's the first time I see this in hotels. But I will say that it is very annoying.
The beach itself is well maintained, the lifeguards are great guys. They wash sunbeds, collect garbage, the sand is pleasant and clean. The sea is beautiful! Behind the buoys there are three turtles who allow you to watch them. You can go to see corals in a nearby hotel, we even met a guitar stingray there!
Territory: The pools are small, there are a lot of Arabs, they fill the whole space both inside the pool and around. Lawns are watered twice a day with water that smells very strongly of sewerage. The stench spreads throughout the territory and into the buildings. We already wrote about this here, the hotel promised to install filters, but why, because many people don’t care about it, anyway, people go and so it will do)))
During our stay at the hotel, the electricity was cut off several times throughout the territory, including late at night.
The food is normal for Egypt, but not tasty. Potatoes are often half-baked. The fish is good. The grill is disgusting, always burnt. Sweets are okay.
The tables were dirty for breakfast, as I understand it, they are wiped after breakfast. The dining room was uncomfortable. The staff is unfriendly, wine is offered selectively - according to mood)) More precisely, they do not offer it. Service is non-existent here. A couple of times they brought wine in a paper cup...
Room: Normal spacious, no complaints about cleaning, we left a chocolate bar every time, even spun swans) But for me it was a revelation, on the pillows under the pillowcase there was another oilcloth-based pillowcase like in a clinic for seriously ill patients. I understand everything, but sleeping on oilcloth is already too much, you wake up with a wet head (on the third day I realized this trick with a pillow).
Bottom line: enjoy the sea! It turned out to relax despite the disadvantages of the hotel. I liked that you can move along the coast, not limited to your own beach.

The hotel is not 5* at all. I will not recommend the hotel. And I wouldn't go here for free. I don't understand people who leave rave reviews.
