I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially with children. We are 3 days and I'm just horrified. Problem upon problem. There is no normal food, everything is not tasty, not fresh or raw. Indigestion is guaranteed to you. There are terrible savings in hotels, there are no napkins anywhere on the table, they give out one napkin per meal and that's it. There is only one card, you can’t leave the air conditioner on and leave (strictly programmed for their card) in this heat, they don’t spray the territory, since the doors at the hotel have gaps, then you are provided with mosquitoes. The hotel plays music very loudly until 1-2 at night, they asked them to relocate, since it was not possible to sleep, they went to music 5 times and asked to do it quietly, since there was no reaction, since there was a small child.
The next day we were moved, and voila, the music was already heard through the door, plus mosquitoes were added, they went to ask, to make the music quieter, but in response they received a refusal, I said that there were mosquitoes, mosquitoes in the room, we were all bitten, they were in the place of that, to bring an electric raptor, they came and sprayed mosquito spray in the room at night, it was impossible to sleep, the child began to choke and vomit, the request to be moved immediately to another room was refused, they brought some kind of antidote spray and it became even worse, to which it came to yelling at the reception, roaring and asking to be relocated, since at 1 am the child has a bad night we need to sleep, at 6 in the morning there is an excursion. And after an hour of prayer, they finally gave us another room at night, where there were also a bunch of living creatures (fortunately butterflies), but at least you could sleep. In general, the holiday is terrible. The previous review and all descriptions are true.
