Hello. After a holiday with TEZ TOUR at SAFAGA PALACE RESORT 4 *, I would suggest changing the company's motto to "the lowest technology tourism". You will be surprised - WHY? So, everything is in order.
1. Flight to Egypt from Ufa by Sry Express. All in time, the plane is fresh. You should have seen the disgruntled faces of flight attendants during their work. Unfriendly, sour, as if doing passengers a favor for a free flight. Jerky movements, talking through gritted teeth. When leaving the plane, there was only talk among the passengers that they would never fly with this airline again. In addition, Hurghada did not accept at 7.40 in the morning, I had to fly to Sharm El Sheikh. They didn’t explain anything to the passengers why we were flying to another city, in Sharm El Sheikh they forced everyone to stay in their seats, stuffy, without water (disposable white cups ran out). An hour later, a fuel truck arrived and, with passengers on board, refueled the plane. With a big delay, we arrived in Hurghada. 3. At the hotel. Settled in quickly. They came to the room. We did not find water (as described in the presentation of this hotel) in the amount of 1 bottle per person per day. Bed linen and towels are white and clean. But the furniture is all shabby. There is a smell of sewerage and a smell after watering plants (from the street with an open balcony). They turned on the air conditioner - the noise was like when the tractor was running, even the TV was not audible, and even sleeping with the air conditioner on would not even come to mind. But it's very stuffy and constantly smells of sewage. They opened the balcony door - so many flies and mosquitoes flew in that every evening turned into a chase for these Egyptian insects. Cleaning was every day, but the shampoo and shower gel was only once (although it is 4 stars). And there were 3 Russian-speaking channels - this is the only plus of the room. They wanted to change the room, but when they realized that our building was the farthest from the animation site (where in the evening there was a farce, noise and booze) and the closest to the sea, we decided to suffer in it to the end.
4. Sea and beach. The beach is very small, but sandy and there are always sun loungers. Towels are provided every day. The sea is clean, but keep in mind that pleasure boats (up to 5-8 pieces) are parked on the pier, the swimming area is fenced with buoys at a very short distance. In the sea of ​ ​.20-30 meters you go knee-deep in water, then metro5 depth, where you can swim, then fencing buoys and then boats (arriving and departing). An unpleasant feeling - I want to swim, but there is no way: either you crawl aground on your knees, or you go out into the sea behind the buoys (well, swim at least a little), and there the propellers of the boats. 5. Communication with civilization. We travel a lot and are used to the fact that many airports and hotels have Wi-Fi Internet. And in the catalog of the Tour Operator it is written that there is Internet in the hotel, but for a fee. And what was our surprise when we found out the cost of this Internet. $84 per week, $5 for 30 minutes. Well, fellow tour operators, it is necessary to warn tourists about such prices for communication with the world. And the speed for such money - it simply is not. I think the internet is a scam and a scam. Mobile communication is very expensive - from 60 to 100 rubles per minute. The guide did not explain where you can buy cards for the pay phone. And it's hard to find yourself. After all, this is Safaga - the edge of civilization, where there are no normal shops, and in those single ones that are, they attack you like the last tourist in the world, offer all sorts of nonsense, impose, cling....And now you have already forgotten what came, one feeling - to leave faster.
6. Guide from the company - operator. It could have been written a separate negative review, but I'll try to be shorter. His name was AMR SHIKHAB. As expected, he gathered all the new tourists for an organizational meeting. Started a conversation. A good speaker is reminiscent of advertising agents trying by any means and means to shove their product. He asked the tourists to approach him in case of misunderstandings in the hotel and said: "Let me work and solve all your requests. " We were delighted - finally, security and high technology tourism. But we didn't rejoice for long. Further, this guide released his claws and showed his teeth. He warned that if tourists suddenly buy excursions from other representatives of the tourism industry and suddenly something unforeseen happens, he will not solve any problems. So he said: "I do not solve other people's problems. " Then why did we buy insurance from this tour operator. Accident insurance and it does not say that you can only use the services of one TEZ TOUR tour operator, otherwise it is not valid. He did not warn that all tourists were given a bottle of water for free during dinner, did not ask how the tourists got settled, whether everything suits them, did not tell where and what restaurants are located, what ice cream is supposed to be free at certain hours and much more that we discovered during rest. To the questions of tourists about these services, he sent those wishing to ask at the reception and "let them print everything out for you there... ". That's the service and care. Then there was an eloquent speech about excursions. True, yes, everything is interesting. But here's the bad luck - I came to tan and swim and I have only one week. I have no time for excursions, and for the 6th time I have been in Egypt - I have seen it. And here again there was a reincarnation of your guide AMR SHIKHABA - if you don’t buy excursions from him here and now (preferably a few), you cease to exist for him as a potential client - a bag of money. He becomes blind-deaf-mute to you. This is what "high technology tourism" is all about. In addition, he turned out to be a small and dishonorable liar. Before leaving (on the day before) we came to check in and find out the time of departure from the hotel. It turned out that we were leaving on 18.05. We had to return the room at 12.00 and stupidly wait in the lobby for 4 hours for the transfer. We asked to organize / ask in our Egyptian language at the reception for a changing room and the opportunity to have lunch (we did not have lunch on the first day). To which your guide AMR SHIHAB said that he would solve this and that we approached him on the day of departure at 11.30 at the reception. On the day of departure, we rented a room at 11.30, they cut off our bracelets (so that we could not even drink water) and waited long and hard for a cunning guide. He didn't show up, of course. We realized that we will not go anywhere else to this hotel, with this tour operator. Vacation was completely ruined. And not because we didn’t have lunch, but because we are used only to make a profit. It's frankly not possible. Moreover, you are a world-famous company (IN THE PAST FOR US).

7. Kitchen. The food was not bad - from a wide variety you could choose a small assortment of something edible. Tea, coffee in large vats (like Soviet canteens), plates not always washed, damp, waiters are in no hurry, and if you find a table, you can wait a long time and wave your hands to be noticed and bring appliances. And they allocate one napkin each. If there are crumbs on the table from previous eaters, then the waiters brush their palms at you and give you cutlery with the same hands. But we realized that you can’t escape from a submarine, and we endured it all. In addition, you have to beg for a long time for a free bottle of water 0.5 liters (should be given out during each dinner). There was never enough tea, and it couldn't be called tea either. In short, they save on everything, but they have everything from us.
8. Departure from the hotel. Transfer to the airport. All in time. Again 60 km. But this time the minibus drove so in the dark that I said goodbye to everyone in advance.
