I'll start with the reception, we arrived at 8 in the morning, waited until 11 and asked for bracelets to go to eat, to which we were told that it was impossible, only sleep lunch, breakfast is not included in today, although in all hotels in Egypt, (by I was in 4 more hotels in Sharm in Hurghada) the bracelets gave the morning to everyone who stopped by for breakfast without any problems. Then the administrator called and humiliatingly said that okay, we will give you bracelets, since you came with children, but not a word to the rest, after us there were still such 5 families, with charity from this administrator.????
