We arrived for the first time in Egypt, for a week from 19 to 25 April. The place is beautiful, the bay is secluded, there are no other hotels on the coastline, everything is calm and comfortable. Settled immediately (we arrived at night, in the first hour). And now the trouble begins. I didn’t like the service of the staff, the cleaning of the room leaves much to be desired (there were no bathrobes in the room upon arrival - this is on AI! , they appeared only after talking with the staff, a day later, that is, they themselves are in no hurry). The AI ​ ​ system was unpleasantly surprised: it starts from 12-00 to 18-00, at any other time all your desires are for money. Of the included alcoholic drinks - beer and local wine (the rest for the money). Bad animation, in general, the feeling that the hotel does not care about you. It is impossible to swim in the pool, it is very cold, the heating is turned off - it saved a small pool in the health center, it managed to heat up in a few hours (((.
In general, everything is bad with food: if at breakfast there was some kind of variety of fruits, scrambled eggs and yogurts, then at lunch there is little food, the assortment is meager, empty trays are replenished not always and very slowly ...For dinner, the situation improves a little, but first of all they serve German tourists (.


Check-out of their rooms at 12-00, and we were told in advance about the possibility of paying extra for a room of 50 euros, to stay until the evening. BUT! on the day of departure, all rooms were occupied (+ the ability to pay extra 100 euros for a room until 16-00 of the day (only! )
And they warned that AI ends at 12-00, all further services and meals are for money. Checked in the luggage and settled in the fitness center...
Summary: no longer going to this hotel, although the place is beautiful.
