Returned from Taba 12 at night. First, I will write a subjective opinion. I liked everything! Flew with Pegasus. If we discard the transfer (for 2 hours - we were warned a day in advance) and the flight delay (for 50 minutes) and the troubles in Taba at customs, we can say that we got there well.
Hotel.
We arrived at the hotel at about 23 local time, there were 12 of us (I don’t remember exactly), we handed over the documents to the reception, they took us to the restaurant, we fed them, they gave me electronic keys (I was given 2: one opens the lock, the other is responsible for electricity in the room. ) I liked the room . Large, there is air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, safe, TV, 2 channels, both Arabic (almost did not watch). There are mosquitoes (but they say not everywhere)!! ! Take spirals and other means. All rooms have a balcony. The hotel has 3 buildings, one has 3 floors, the other 2. All rooms overlook the sea or the pools, there are also 3 of them. On the day of departure, a hydromassage was opened, a tennis court, hookah and spa treatments are planned. One gets the impression that they want to make 5 * out of the hotel.

Nutrition.
I really liked it. Breakfast: omelettes, porridge, beans or lentils, cereal with jam, syrup, yogurt, a lot of pastries, cakes are a bit dry (((, baklava is super, sausages, cheese and local sausage (in my opinion, soy) did not like. They also gave fresh vegetables ( lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, olives), marinated and steamed. Garnish rice and potatoes (fries, in foil, slices) alternated. Fruits: bananas, apples, grapes, pears, fresh dates (hard) and dried, fresh figs , melon, guava. For lunch 1-2 broths, 2-3 side dishes, chicken, beef or fish (fillet or pieces). A couple of times they gave kebab. Dinner is generally similar. I have never been hungry !! ! About problems with the stomach and poisoning didn't hear.
The drinks.
Bottled stella (normal beer), local wine in bags. Juices only UPI. Other local alcohol did not like. Instant coffee, Lipton tea bags.
Staff.
New, unspoiled, so he tries, I'm afraid it's not for long. Many speak Russian, almost all speak English.
They cleaned every day, left a dollar, made swans, etc.
Animation.
Already written: 2 people from Ukraine, 4 from Argentina are called La Vacca.
I like it. Exercise, yoga, water polo, football. Worked with children. There were competitions a couple of times, they dance very well. Learned Spanish. A yogi from a nearby hotel came 1 time.
Sea.
The reef is alive, there are a lot of fish, a lot of hedgehogs!! ! Buy slippers. For experienced tourists, I think it will not be very interesting. I saw moray eels, antias, boxfish, a lot of lionfish, Kluninger's Thalassom and others. Stony sunset. It is better to go on the left, near the fence. No pontoon is a minus. The neighbors have gone to them 1 time. It is better to swim in the morning before lunch or in the evening when the tide is high.
Bar.
After 22:00 prices are unrealistic. A bottle of beer cost 13 dollars, water 2. There is no beer in the dutik in Taba. If you are coming from Sharm buy there. I didn't like the cocktails.
Score.

3 opened in my presence, 1-2 more are planned. Souvenirs, oils, few clothes (China). The prices are the same at the airport. I took Arafatka for 7 dollars, the Bedouin on the beach wanted 15.
Workload.
There were very few people on our trip. The staff coped easily, now the workload is 70 percent, there are queues in the restaurant, there are not enough places, sometimes you had to wait (but you can come to eat later), there are not enough sunbeds near the pools, there are still places on the beach, but when the hotel reaches full capacity, I think there are places not enough for everyone. Mostly Russia and Ukraine come, there are very few foreigners.
Well, now objectively. I was lucky with the room, the neighbors had problems with the lock, many had problems with plumbing (but everything seemed to be fixed), wine and beer for breakfast and lunch were poured into plastic, and before they were poured into glass. It probably happens everywhere. I did not go on the tour and did not regret it. Prices are high, rush, 3 hours at the border... Someone went by himself in the morning - it's cheaper, the border is empty, he's his own boss. I think I'll go that way next time.
