On Friday I flew in from Taba. What can I say... The rest was a success...
The hotel is large, green, in general - cozy. The beach is sandy bulk, the bottom of the sea is pebbles, you won’t go into the sea without special shoes. The sea is beautiful, there is a coral reef and many different fish.
The food is good, a lot of different meats (boiled stews and grilled chicken, duck, beef), fish (also different and cooked in different ways), a lot of vegetables cooked in various ways. For lovers of Italian cuisine, pasta is specially prepared to taste, but I have not tried it. Desserts amaze with their diversity, I had to refuse cakes, I was afraid for my figure, but I cracked jelly and puddings with pleasure. Fruits - dates, oranges, grapefruits, persimmons, melons, apples, pears, pomegranates, grapes. There were no mangoes and... oddly enough bananas (although the latter were in dry rations).
I re-read the previous review, we rested at the same time... I don’t know, we changed the bed all the time, towels - every 3 days. Cleaned not very carefully, yes. There was dust in the corners on the floor, but otherwise there were no complaints, the water was constantly hot, at least I did not notice any interruptions.
There were 2 moments that marred the vacation, the first is that stray dogs ran around the hotel, and most importantly on the terrace where we had lunch and dinner. We asked the hotel manager to do something, but a few… drunk… women were asked not to touch the “cute dogs”. The manager froze, said that tourists like it, and if you don’t like it, then drive them away yourself. It is not particularly pleasant to mention the second case, I can only say that in the last 2 days we tried to walk around the territory in pairs, and not let anyone into the room.
The hotel completely redeemed the Pegasus, so no foreigners were beaten, only the Slav brothers from Russia and Belarus, but despite this, the first week of the holiday went off with a bang, but in the second, very cheerful Russians appeared, drank a lot, behaved noisily, and, in their opinion, fun, with diving into the pool and the sea in clothes, and running around the territory, so that they then had to be caught and taken to the rooms, well, with the singing of the Russian anthem (how could it be without this, let everyone know who to have fun... )
Otherwise, I got a lot of positive, made new friends, rested, got a tan and set to work with renewed vigor.
