Vacationing in Egypt for the first time. Prior to that, they rested only in Turkey in 4 * and 5 * hotels. We went to this hotel only because of a trip to Israel. About Egypt, the idea was very vague and what we saw was very disappointing! Around poverty, dirt and devastation. Taba is a region of the Bedouins, where there is nothing but mountains, wretched huts smeared with clay, the wind driving garbage is nothing. It took 2.5 hours to get to the hotel by transfer in the form of a minibus, where all the luggage of tourists was simply stored in the back seats.
We arrived at the hotel somewhat annoyed. Settled in the rooms immediately, without delay.
*Rooms are large, good with a claim to 5 *, but not o-o-o-o-chen, all rooms have large bathrooms. The water pressure in the shower is very, very "sad".
*The territory of the hotel is large, in many places it is very beautiful and green, but there are shortcomings and shortcomings.

* Restaurant - during breakfast and lunch it is more like a "canteen" - in terms of quantity, variety of food and the quality of its serving, dinner is much more fun: firstly, tables are covered with tablecloths, they give normal napkins, people pull themselves up in a more decent form. Food: 3-4 types of meat - beef, liver, lamb, chicken, meatballs; fruits are not enough, vegetables are also not particularly fast, french fries, rice, pasta, etc. To be honest, we weren't hungry. Drinking, we were not interested, we drank only Pepsi and in the bar in the main building, a delicious cappuccino. "Bars", which are in the restaurant and on the street (closer to the sea) - it's very loudly said - sucks. By the way, the hotel lives in economy mode, underfilling and underpaying (I had to queue up again). Drinking water in dirty blue coolers was hidden behind the bar and was strictly dispensed.
*Staff and cleaning - the staff (cleaners, salesmen, waiters, etc. ) are very friendly and welcoming people. Cleaning consisted of twisting the swans, cleaning the beds, washing the sink and everything! Hack.
* The beach and the sea - the beach is sand with pebbles, but always "combed" in the morning. There were always enough beds. The edge of the sea and the entrance to the sea - stones - everyone uses the "corals" - it doesn't really bother. SEA - SUPER! I don’t know what kind of corals are in other hotels, but these are very beautiful, there are a lot of fish, all kinds of different ones. We took cheese from both and fed her - class !! ! In short, the sea relaxed, pleased and covered all the possible shortcomings of the hotel.
*TOILET ON THE BEACH!! ! - there just isn't one, so sometimes we had sprints to get to our destination. The shower is three miles away.
Animation - we didn’t go, I only know that there are cartoons, there was a child with us.
* Guides at the hotel - there were three of them: the most normal one is Ahmed (if I'm not mistaken), and two ladies - one with ambition, the other a little crazy - but nothing, it will go with mustard. Thank God I didn’t have to contact them much.
*Israel - our main goal was a trip to Israel. Jerusalem - the Dead Sea (190 each from the nose). I liked it very much. Be sure to visit. Well done Pegasus - organization and attitude towards tourists at 5. During this excursion they helped us out a lot - they didn’t leave us in a difficult situation, they met us halfway, thank you.
RESULT: we really wanted to relax and we rested, now I look at everything with "rested" eyes, so I don’t have a very categorical opinion about the hotel, but if you are not going to Israel, maybe you should reconsider your choice...
