Hotel ratings by criteria:
There were four of us, all women, between the ages of 7 and 40. We rested from 10.07 to 24.07. Since we were very limited in funds, we initially tuned in to an inexpensive hotel with appropriate conditions. But anyway, having read negative reviews about the hotel (after purchasing the tour), we were, to put it mildly, depressed, if not upset. Morally prepared for the "nightmare" in the hotel, we were surprised. We did not even expect that we would get so many emotions for all trips to Egypt - this one turned out to be the most interesting.
Let those who will read my review not think that we have not eaten anything sweeter than carrots. We were also in European resorts, in Turkey and Egypt for the third time - so I can compare and I won’t say that I love Spartan conditions. On the contrary, amenities in the form of hot water, a comfortable bed, clean linen and the room as a whole are a must. And, of course, air conditioning.
The hotel not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. I consider it lucky that for such money we had such a great rest.

I’ll tell you about the cons, which, however, did not spoil our vacation:
1. A couple of times in two weeks there was no cold (or hot, I don’t remember exactly) water, somewhere for a couple of hours, which we almost didn’t feel. Moreover, we were honestly warned that this is a harsh reality - problems with water, a desert, after all. We didn't bother.
2. At the entrance to the sea and near the shore in the water - large pebbles instead of sand. Ladies of age did not really like it and probably the children were deep. Sometimes garbage floated in the sea in the form of bags and plastic glasses - the tourists themselves leave everything.
3. Somewhere at 8.30 there were no sunbeds on the beach. We arrived at 7:00. Not for the purpose of taking a sunbed, of course, we just liked to swim before breakfast - the sea is awesome! True, once they came to the beach at 9 o'clock, but there were no sunbeds, they were upset, they approached the boy who worked on the beach - he said that he could not help with anything yet. We settled down on mattresses to some kind uncle under a canopy and went for a swim. We leave the sea - our things are transferred to the sunbeds! It was that guy who made a fuss, and then went to the pool and dragged two more sunbeds from there! He asked for three glasses of Pepsi from the bar for this (they don’t give it to them) 
4. You can't take water into your room, you can only drink it in bars and restaurants. We were honestly warned about this even in the travel agency. But, I think a Russian person does not need to be taught how to bring drinks into the room
5. In my opinion, a fountain was built on the territory - sometimes it smelled of paint or solvents.
6. The manager of Pegasus Ali, who was with us at the hotel and was engaged in excursions, is somewhat lethargic. We dealt with him only once, when we were going on an excursion to Cairo. In my opinion, he didn't care if anyone went where or not.

They settled into the room immediately, gave the first floor overlooking the pool (they didn’t invest money in the passport), the furniture is not new, BUT we didn’t plan to stay there. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning worked properly, the water is hot / cold, hair dryer - what else do you need! Therefore, we did not change the number and did not regret it. The territory was just buried in greenery and flowers! She was constantly looked after by gardeners.
One large pool, one small, one for children under a canopy. There are no slides, and it’s good, otherwise we wouldn’t get out of the pool.
Beach
The sunbeds on the beach are wooden, not new, mattresses and towels are free. In general, we handed over beach towels a couple of times in total, so as not to wait for the issue later. I don't know if this is a problem or not. In my opinion, they began to give out somewhere at eight o'clock in the morning.
The sea is a separate song. Transparent, warm, gentle, calm. Once or twice there were waves, swinging on which is a pleasure! The rest of the time is calm. A large coral reef began right at the pontoon - the beauty is indescribable. I do not understand those who swam without a mask or close to the shore. In the distance, such colorful fish swam and the corals were very interesting. We were in the water sometimes for an hour, swam to the buoy and back. They jumped from the pontoon. The bottom can be seen even at great depths - it captures unusually. In addition to fish, snakes or moray eels swim (or maybe both), they saw a ball fish, the “beach” boys once caught a lobster. At our request, sea urchins were taken out and allowed to be held. All this is probably not entirely safe, but the Red Sea is the Red Sea, I love it! However, you can swim and not touch anything, who is completely afraid.  In two weeks, no one was bitten, stung, or pricked, and no one drowned (thank God). You can swim without slippers - you can coral! No hedgehogs were seen near the shore, and the depth immediately begins from the pontoon, so it’s difficult to step on something prickly and get hurt.
The staff is friendly, no one asked for baksheesh. No one bothered if they see that a person is not in the mood to communicate.

The room was cleaned every day, we asked to be cleaned in a day or two, the quality suited us. Our requests were fulfilled (they asked for an extra towel, somehow the light bulb had to be replaced). No money was given, no one asked. There are either 3 or 4 Russian TV channels, maybe more - we didn’t go to watch TV, but something showed for sure.
Yes, about theft in the rooms. We lived on the ground floor and things naturally dried on the street - everything remained intact. Valuables were put away in a safe. Sometimes they forgot to close the balcony door, nobody lost anything. And they will write!
Food. Everything suited us. Although they say that food is more varied in Turkey, perhaps I don’t remember such things. There was more than enough food for me. Many had an upset stomach and everyone began to scold the cooks. Everything was fine with my daughter - we did not eat salads and incomprehensible dishes. Draw your own conclusions.
Local red wine is even nothing, I liked white less. But how many people drink beer! We never drank it, I don't know about the quality. Alcohol - in the bar until 23.00, they say it is heavily diluted, but this did not prevent people from "relaxing". We had a lot of fun, and without that, we drank very little.
By the way, about entertainment. It seems that those who write about boredom in the hotel were just in a different place. We just laughed a hundred-yan-but. And not just in animations. I think it all depends on the company. Lena, Nastya, Mido and other guys entertained normally. Contests such as Miss Hotel and the best couple of the hotel is something! We just lay! My daughter liked the mini disco. Morning/afternoon exercises, yoga, water polo, darts, ping-pong. How people managed to get bored there is not clear. Apparently, it all depends on the people, on who you go with.

Children. My 7-year-old daughter was resting to the fullest, and from her mother too. At first, of course, she went everywhere with me. And then! We only agreed where I would be so that she could find me. Where she has been is not known. I think that in the pool, it is wonderful there, the water is warm, not deep (in all three) - children can splash around there without supervision. Everyone who wanted to became friends and the whole flock rushed around the hotel. After dinner, the parents went out for a quiet hour, the children stayed to play in the lobby.
We even liked the fact that the hotel is located far from other hotels - the sea is cleaner and as if you live on an island. Although the neighboring city of Nuweiba is only a 15-minute drive, everything is very cheap there, even for locals. You can buy souvenirs, textiles, corals, water ($ 1 for 5 liters), there are supermarkets, restaurants, too. There is a minibus from the hotel to Nuweiba (collection at 13.00) and you can order a taxi. Excursions are enough at Pegasus.
