We rested together with a young man for 12 days. First of all, I want to say a VERY big thank you to those who pour mud on the hotel - I was driving and was mentally tuned in to a torn bed, cockroaches, bugs and the lack of hot water. None of this happened, and we are very pleased with the rest. I will try to write objectively. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very tiring, almost 3 hours, but we knew what we were getting into. They settled us in a beautiful room, asked, of course, at the reception for $ 20, but you don’t need to do this - all the rooms there overlook the sea and the pool.
The beach is very clean, there were enough sunbeds for everyone, despite the fact that some tourists grabbed 6 = 8 pieces at once and built almost houses for themselves.
The animators, Andrey and Polina, tried to cheer up the people very conscientiously, however, Polina's face showed how we were all sitting in her liver, but there was nothing to complain about their work - there was always volleyball on the beach, then belly dancing by the pool , the evening is sure to have some shows. Another thing is that we did not go anywhere, but it was our conscious choice of a relaxing holiday.

The room is good, clean, cleaning was done every day, however, on the last day the cleaner was somewhat lazy, then he came in the evening and offered to clean - apparently he wanted money. On the first day they made swans out of towels. Those who like it must leave a dollar every day for cleaning the room. We didn't have much money, we left a couple of euros on the last morning. The sheets and towels were changed every day, the air conditioning did not work, but since we were in winter, the weather did not. Hot water was around the clock with excellent pressure. The room has a safe and a wardrobe. There was a problem with the key card only once, we had to recode it at the reception, but with us the girls complained that they were running for the sixth time in a day.
They fed very well. And my boyfriend, who kept the Advent fast, ate just fine. Once a week they have a day of Italian cuisine, seafood. The only negative - there were no fresh juices, they gave drinks like "Yupi". But every day there were a lot of fruits - guavas, bananas and oranges. I always smiled kindly at the chefs and I had the biggest omelettes, well and lovingly made.
There are two bars on the beach - a pool bar, where the food is similar to that given in the dining room, and a snack bar on the beach itself - there were always salads, something similar to shawarma, buns and any drinks.
On Catholic Christmas, an Arab walked along the beach, dressed as Santa Claus, and handed out chocolate-covered nuts and sweets.

As for the excursions, "Pegasus" has mopped everything up and their local guide Samekh has some of the highest prices in Egypt. We went with them to Cairo and Alexandria - $180. from a person. For Jerusalem, their prices are generally draconian, given that many people come to Taba for the sake of a trip there. At the reception, we asked if they knew how to contact Abdullah, they scaredly answered that no, that there was one Pegasus, but two days later Abdullah SAM called our number and said that he had been told that we were looking for him . True, we had already booked a tour with another company. We advise everyone - the company is located in Nuweiba, on the market, something like "Makiz Tour" is called. You can go to Nuweiba for $ 3 after dinner - right at the entrance to the hotel there are Bedouins with cars. But you need to bargain with them - they can break even for 10 dollars. This firm is located at the end of the market, on the left side. There is a very handsome guy Yahye. We went for a day, because it was dumb - suddenly they will be deceived or thrown, but now we see that he can be trusted. Another nuance - the bus of another company cannot pick up from the hotel, so we had to pay another 20 dollars to the taxi driver that Yahye sent us. He also gave us an Egyptian SIM card to keep in touch.
Another nuance - Pegasus constantly scares that those who travel with other companies will not be given blue coupons at the border and without them we will not be allowed on the plane. This is nonsense, because of which we were very scared. Those who traveled with Pegasus were given coupons and we did not know what to expect, but everything worked out - NO ONE checks these coupons when leaving Egypt, since all the necessary stamps are in the passport. So go with Yahye or Abdullah calmly.
