The sea is just lovely, there are a lot of corals, a lot of fish, hedgehogs. In a word, just lovely. This is my second time in Taba, the first one was Sonesta Taba Resort *****. So in terms of fauna and flora, Holiday surpasses Sonesta for sure. There are, say, two entrances to the sea, the first one is from the pier, near which there is a depth of 7-10 meters with corals and many large and small fish. The second entrance is 200 meters to the right of the pier, the entrance from the shore is first on the rocks, and there is already sand in the water, there are not very many places with sand, but there is where to turn around, but there are certainly fewer fish there. A HUGE MINUS IS THAT THE BEACH IS IN A SMALL BAY, and all the garbage (bags, plastic cups, seaweed, etc. ) constantly arrived at the shore. The staff, who is almost always on the pier, did not do a very good job of cleaning... Out of 14 days on the pier, I swam for 5 days, looked at the fish and went to the sand)))
Rooms, those who go overseas then to dirty curtains, to the air conditioner, which failed 2 times in two weeks, the shower hose cracked, the mini bar did not cool (then changed) they simply do not pay attention... Everything was repaired and everything was fine. In short, the first 2-3 days you need to touch the staff at the reception several times.
Nutrition, well, what can I say . . I myself am not small 109 kg, upon arrival I became 106 kg. Let’s just say you don’t wake up golden, but you won’t get much pleasure from food. The restaurant is full of flies, once I saw dichlorvos being sprayed in the restaurant before dinner. In short, on a 10-point scale, nutrition out of 10 is probably 5.5 points. But those who go for the first time they will like it))))
I will tell my conclusion if you are faced with the choice of Holiday or Sonesta (which is 10 minutes walk), then choose Sonesta for all 200%.
