Recently returned from this hotel. We rested, of course, awesome, but in everything related to the hotel, service and excursions, we were extremely dissatisfied with the Pegas company that bought this hotel from Inn. First about the pros:
1. Good, green area. All rooms with sea view. So don't give money for it. And there will be attempts to lure you out of money for a good settlement and everything else.
2. Awesomely beautiful view of the mountains. The real majesty of the stone!

3. The hotel may be suitable for middle aged couples with children. For those who want to light up and hang out is not suitable at all. Firstly, it is in splendid isolation in the middle of the desert, and therefore discos and new acquaintances will be limited to the territory of the hotel. Secondly, the entire service system is built in such a way that it is impossible to eat or drink at night (especially true after a disco that ends at 1-2 am). All bars are closed, there are no water coolers in the corridors. Those who are accustomed to cake racks in 5-star hotels that you can eat even at night will also be disappointed.
4. Very good animators. Superbly burned and cheered up. I advise everyone to exercise in the pool.
5. It is worth going to Taba only if you intend to visit Jerusalem and Jordan. They are within reach there.
Now about the cons, which are much more.
1. Usually in hotels, water in the amount of one bottle per day per person is free of charge. Here, the attendants stubbornly refused to do this and demanded a minimum of $ 1 for this. From visitors who have not yet had time to figure out what was what they tried to bring down and 5 dollars each - although water is free at the bars during the day.
2. Their local drinks are a terrible gourd. It's better to shop at the airport. Red wine is basically like ink. But this is a common problem for Egypt. They, as a non-drinking nation, obviously do not even know what kind of rubbish they offer tourists. In the same hotel, in addition to this, there were also local problems. Firstly, wine could only be drunk in the main restaurant. It wasn't even close at the bars. Secondly, no one in Holiday Taba has obviously heard about the fact that drinks are supposed to be served at the table. Unfortunately, you had to go for drinks yourself. Thirdly, nothing could be taken into the room. There was no need to even talk about bringing something to the room. Fourthly, I got the impression that all the drinks were diluted and camel shit was added to them))))
3. Linen was never changed. Beach towels were not washed either.
4. The food was also disappointing. There were few fruits. Only vegetables and buns were tasty. Everything else was of varying degrees of edibility. The meat was especially disappointing. There was a feeling that the chickens were chopped right with the bones and the chicken coop. The chops were always tough as soles and impossible to chew. Yesterday's vermicelli was seasoned with beans or made a casserole and passed off as a new dish.

5. Employees even understand English poorly (only drunken Russian English))) and with a good knowledge of the language, almost everything had to be explained with gestures.
6. The staff is impudent, rude and extorts money for any small service. In general, in this hotel a lot depends on the composition of the vacationers. Sturdy men could knock out good service. And for example, women on excursions said that it was impossible to knock out even clean linen in their hotel, because Arabs do not listen to women and are not afraid.
7. We were also dissatisfied with the service on excursions. Lunchbox per adult included 2 small buns, 1 butter, 1 honey, 1 cheese, juice and a banana. Moreover, it was obviously assumed that we would all spread it with our fingers or lick it with our tongue, because there was not even a disposable fork and knife there. At what, instead of 2 lunchboxes, they tried to get one. When leaving for the airport, the same story repeated itself.
Conclusion: The hotel pulls a maximum of C grade. You can go only if the rest of the hotels are overloaded in summer. We will not contact Pegasus, to whom the hotel also belongs.
