Went there with my wife after reading your reviews. We are unpretentious people. The price / quality ratio was considered acceptable. Judging by the reviews: the hotel is shit, the restaurant is shit, the sea is class. So....The hotel is old, but tolerable, the food is not replete with variety, but of high quality and tasty, but the sea is complete shit. Or rather, it simply does not exist! No, really, the water is splashing 15m from the hull, but you can’t swim there. The coral shelf stretches for 70 meters from the coast. But even if you walk these meters, what's next? Jump deep? Then how to get back - belly on living corals? I do not advise anyone. There is depth near the piers. There, wearing a mask, you will be able to observe abandoned tires, empty cans, bottles, underpants, etc. in a variety of ways. There is indeed a very narrow passage between the stones in the sea. But you have to be very careful - a couple of hedgehogs will sit under each stone on your way. And slippers won't help. All hope was for a beautiful island with a Byzantine castle three hundred meters from the coast. For advertising, it was called the island of the pharaohs, although none of the pharaohs has the slightest relation to it. It could also be called an island of parasites, which would better correspond to the attitude of the staff to their duties. The island is really beautiful. A trip there for 2 hours costs $ 9 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the reception from Mukhamed (we called him between ourselves Amanita or Mukhtar, hereinafter - a man with the letter M). M in the hotel - the king and God. Two hours on the island is enough to see everything, take pictures and swim. The most suitable place for entering the water is along the stream bed that connects the artificial lake with the sea. But then again... Attention! There are a couple of hedgehogs under each stone. The corals are beautiful, but the underwater world is still much poorer than Sharm or Hurghada. You need to take your passport with you when you travel. They are taken from you by the local police on the shore. We liked the trip (6 hours) on the yacht. There were 25 of us (10 Ukrainians, 7 Russians, 2 Germans and 6 Italians). Made 3 stops on the reefs, had a delicious lunch. Perhaps it was the most vivid impression of the whole trip.
The hotel is also good because it is 6-7 km to the border with Israel. A trip to Jerusalem costs $90 from local travel agencies, and $150 from Teztour. have already travelled. I wanted to go to Jordan to Petra, but alas - $ 230 per person was a lot for us.
More about the hotel. Almost three buildings are residential (from the reception down to the right). The first floor of the room - 500th, 2nd - six hundredth, 3rd - seven hundredth. I do not advise the 1st floor - you will be like in a shop window. At the end of the residential buildings behind the arch was once a fish restaurant, now abandoned and dilapidated. Further, behind the second arch, the shore begins, covered with solid garbage, among which dead fish, dead turtles, etc. are lying around. One beauty from Naberezhnye Chelny arranged an exhibition of this dead meat on her balcony. I was also going to take it all home with me. When you think about this hotel, it just takes anger that the staff does not care about reputation, cleanliness. They just throw cigarette butts on the path, in front of the restaurant doors, the toilet near the reception has not been cleaned for a week! And one more innovation - there are no toilet brushes in the rooms, in the restaurant, etc. It becomes embarrassing. After all, the place is just beautiful, beautiful. But abandoned and everything falls down...

So, among all these minuses, there are obvious pluses. The first is a beautiful landscape, the second is the practical absence of people (40-50 people), cheapness, the possibility of sightseeing trips. That's it... If there is a nathnennya - I'll write more.
