Greetings to all who have chosen this hotel for their trip.
I considered it necessary to write a review, because when I planned the trip myself I could not find answers to my questions.
I will not write about the merits of the hotel, enough has been described about them and everything is true - the place is super.
Now the horror stories:

As for the reviews about a terrible manager who works in a restaurant and who is important to please, so that later you would bring drinks on time and so on - complete nonsense. Yes, you need to wait until you are shown to a free table, yes, you need to visit a public place in decent shape (not in swimming trunks and at least in a T-shirt / shirt), but the most important thing is just not to think that someone wants to deceive you, infringe on your something. One piece of advice - smile, be friendly. Remember, you are going to a global system hotel, with strict service rules (that is, there will be no gag from the attendants) and a large number of foreigners who are not used to our cheeky behavior.
Now for my questions:
- about the Internet - it is only paid (very expensive 30 bucks an hour), there is no free wi-fi at the reception.
- there is a so-called "market place" a small "town" in which there are shops. We were interested in fruits in the first place (of course they were given during breakfasts, lunches and dinners, but we wanted to consume a small amount of strawberries and so on sitting on the terrace in the evening, and so on), and so you can buy only juices, water, chips and so on , no fruit, beer, alcohol - in short, I advise you not to take stores into account.
- expected to buy wine upon arrival, change money at the airport. Neither one nor the other can be done, so if you want some kind of alcohol, take it with you. As for the exchange of money, the hotel has a bank with a normal rate, the shops also accept dollars, but at a worse rate.
- the rooms, in my opinion, are all the same inside, they differ only in the view from the terrace and some other little things in service. We traveled on the FB + system (analogous to all inclusive) in the attached file there is a list of services included in this system. Taking into account that there is no entertainment around the hotel, therefore I advise you to take FB.
- we lived in the lagoon rooms - the best location based on the sea view, I recommend not to spare money and spend it on the view from the window. What could be better than the sparkle of the sea in the rays of the rising sun. True, there was one minus - mosquitoes (take with you some kind of remedy for them).

Now about excursions, I am attaching two files with offers from Pegasus and from Teztur for comparison. Representatives of both travel agencies are on duty in the hotel lobby in the morning and evening, so you can order both from your manager and from the "enemy". The only comment about the time of departure from hotels for various excursions is that there are positions where the time is indicated taking into account the departure from Sharm. For example, departure to Petra, 2 nights are indicated, but this is for tourists vacationing in Sharm, then this bus goes to Taba and picks up vacationers here. So the real time of departure to Petra, taking into account the above, is 7 am.
At the prices of excursions, try to bargain, Mukhamed (the manager of the teztour) trades well, but Lily (the representative of the Pegasus) is a rare boorish person and tried not to communicate with her unnecessarily, in addition, everything turned out to be more expensive for them. I did not go on the trip myself, so I can not say anything.
There will be questions - ask and enjoy your holiday.
