Good afternoon! I would like to share my experience of staying at this hotel. Initially, when planning a vacation, there were several priorities, firstly, Taba, because I wanted to go on an excursion to Israel, and secondly, peace and comfort, because I wanted to take a break from the hustle and bustle, so the distance of 3 hours from the airport in Sharm did not frighten. Upon arrival, the first impression is WOW! Incredibly beautiful, green area, a real oasis in the middle of the desert and mountains. When checking in, they did the standard procedure in order to be placed in the most comfortable room (those who did not "done" the trick with green American papers were placed in rooms overlooking the construction site and the renovation of the hotel's facade with the smell of paint). We were given a very comfortable room on the first floor, in national style with a large terrace. Separately, I want to talk about nutrition, those who visit Egypt from time to time know
that basically the choice is always huge, but in fact there is nothing to eat, usually on the third day the local food gets boring and at night you dream of homemade and familiar Slovenian cuisine)). So, in Hayat there was no chic choice, but it was quite tasty and well cooked. I enjoyed the food in this hotel with pleasure, although many tourists ran to eat in neighboring hotels, apparently food is a kind of cult for them. Further, I would like to note, or rather not even so, to tell about the shocking moments in the service of tourists, which, when faced, did not fit in my head !!! ! With all the unobtrusiveness and friendliness of the staff, with all the minimal animation program (which is a huge plus), the bartender Michael works in Hayat, with whom none of the tourists could communicate. Firstly, they don’t change the water in the rooms, so I strongly recommend not to throw away the bottles, so,
in order to fill bottles of water at the bar by the heated pool, in no case do not contact Michael, or go with the whole family, because in one hand they pour only one bottle designed specifically for YOU. The same thing happens with drinks, each time I had to beg and report to whom I take juice or beer. But these are all trifles compared to the fact that when I wanted to drink cola not at the bar, but in my room, I was told in an extremely rude form that they would pour me only one glass, since I was standing alone at the moment and I have to drink exclusively standing at the bar. Further more fun, of course, after listening to the threats of the bartender, I quietly and peacefully acted as I intended....I left with a glass in the room, promising to return the empty glass before the end of the evening. The next day, Michael flatly refused to serve me!! ! And then I had to remember all the knowledge of the English language,

in order to explain to him as correctly as possible about the power of hotel managers and about the ideal service that any vacationer expects from the staff. Only after that the bartender bothered to behave properly and there were no more problems with drinks. But every time I approached the bar counter, I watched how other tourists struggled with the rudeness, rudeness and "Greed" of this bartender, it seemed as if you were not in a hotel on vacation, but at his house! Mustafa's partner was the complete opposite, I give this employee 10 points out of 10! The same applies to the staff on the beach.
And finally, despite some shortcomings and shortcomings of the hotel, the rest was perhaps the best of all, because the main thing is not where to relax, but with whom!! ! Good luck to everyone and have a great time! !
