For the first time I decided to write a review about the rest. A trip to Taba was also the first time. Before that, I was in Sharm 7 times. I left Kyiv at 4 am (Anex tour). From Sharm to Taba - you will be led through Dahab and Nuweiba, with stops for disembarkation other tourists and a toilet - 4-4.5 hours. The area in which the hotel complex of 4 hotels is located is called Taba heights - a very beautiful place - golf courses in the middle of the desert and cinnamon-colored mountains. Settled in 5 minutes. The room is large, bathroom + shower, large terrace. At the reception, as well as throughout the hotel, they practically do not speak Russian. 4 swimming pools + artificial lagoon. All Russian-speaking people were accommodated in a remote building (near the mountain) - about 150-170 meters to the sea, about 300 meters to the restaurant.

Beach - 2 pontoons (near the hotel Safitel-1, near Marriott and Intercontinental-0)

Along the beach there is a road along which you can walk to neighboring hotels: Sofitel is a good, expensive hotel, 90% British and French, a large pool divided into zones (warm, with sea water, for children), there is excellent animation, music.
further Marriott - a large pool, sparse territory, a bar in the rock with a waterfall, a lot of cacti.
behind the Marriot - there is the Intercontinental - like the previous hotels - the territory is not large, there is an artificial lagoon.
All 4 hotels are located near chic golf courses - there are special paths, you can walk and take great photos.
Every 15 minutes a circular bus runs from the hotels - to the shopping center and the EL WEKALA hotel - there are cafes, restaurants, shops with souvenirs and groceries. prices are higher than in Sharm (lack of competition). At the hotel, you can exchange dollars for pounds at an ATM - and pay in the store at a favorable rate. If you pay in dollars, goods will become more expensive by 15-20% (exchange rate difference).
Near the hotel there is a mountain, which tourists climb daily to take great photos.
The underwater world - of course, there are fewer fish than in Sharm, but this is not a drawback. )) Near the long pontoon, a lionfish (poisonous fish with spikes) was on duty during the day, and sometimes a flock of 4-5 pieces. Near the pontoon of the Sofitel Hotel, during the day, I saw a sea snake 55-60 cm long, in the same place at a depth I saw a small sea snake-12-15 cm.
To the left of the pontoons, a turtle could be observed.
In general, Taba is a young and dynamically developing resort, which does not yet have the same developed entertainment infrastructure as in Sharm, but excellent nature, mountains, fields, world-class hotels, proximity to Israel.
