The check-in was ok, but the hotel itself was not very pleasant. The rooms are average, but I understand that we were settled in the worst room. It was noisy there, there was an evening program in the hotel, it started in the evening and lasted for a long time, it was very well heard in the room. There was a problem with the staff, or rather, with one particular person at the reception, he did not want to move us to another room. When we approached another receptionist, he moved us without any problems. I purchased the tour with food, there were no problems with it, it was good. The hotel is located not far from the sea, which is good. Outside the hotel there were shops and restaurants, but I would not give the hotel 4 *, I think they received them recently, they completed some points to become a 4 * hotel, but in fact, I think that this hotel is 3*. The territory itself is not too clean, the rooms are average. According to the description of the hotel - swimming pool, tennis court, it was. Of the minuses - this is an evening program, which was held on the ground floor, and it is very well heard almost throughout the hotel. Also, from the minuses, I can note the staff, or rather one employee who did not want us to change the room. In general, the place is good, the city is good, I can’t recommend the hotel itself, I didn’t like it.
