Dear compatriots! Rested with a friend from 10.06 - 20.06. 2009. in the Hotel "Rosamar Maritim" (Costa Bravo, Lloret De Mar), there were bad impressions (to put it mildly !!!! ). The hotel does not ensure the safety of tourists and their property - theft is rampant, this is not the Spain that I dreamed of. All my money, phones and jewelry were stolen from me in a cafe at the hotel. Strangers enter the hotel. The hotel staff could not help me in anything, in any situation they shrug their hands, referring to their ignorance of the Russian language! Even in Asia, many already know Russian! All Europe speaks Russian only when they see the money! On the part of the hotel administration in this received only "anti-service", they did not call the police, they sent me to go on my own. Our guide was Sveta from Natalie Tour, let her be "happy" three times. A person full of "0", she is only interested in money, in a difficult situation for us, she hid from us in the truest sense of the word, arguing that she has more important things to do, each telling us that you are not in Russia. In general, there was a strong negative about Spain and its people - thieves, irresponsible, liars and hypocrites.
