It is clear that the hotel had 3 stars and there was no need to hope for something. But this was not expected even from 3 stars. Tiny room, iron, old, creaky beds, closet dirty and dusty inside, stretched wire on the balcony for drying things, which can leave rusty spots on things. The bath made strange and loud sounds, the toilet was constantly leaking and we slept at night like near some kind of waterfall, the washbasin faucet also flowed, just with streams of water on the floor, we had to constantly lay towels on the floor, which were not changed every day, the bed was changed once a week , but okay, this is the cost of 3 stars. We had paid for breakfast and dinner, but we were only once at dinner (immediately after arrival) and once at breakfast (the next morning), we didn’t go anymore, we ate in the city, because it was tasteless, small, no variety, some dishes looked quite scary (an omelette with a green tint), there were not enough forks, spoons, etc. for all, and at dinner (where free drinks are not provided) the waiter did not even come up to offer us at least a bottle of water to buy, we had to eat dry food. Once we got stuck in the elevator, they opened us in 15-20 minutes, although the man did not speak English, but he swore at us, in my opinion, in Spanish, that they pulled him and forced us to pull us out of the elevator. On the day of departure, you must vacate the room at 10 am, and you are not even offered to take a shower before the bus, as in other hotels, at most, you can leave your things in the storage room until the evening, and thanks for that. Plus, audibility, we knew what the neighbors were talking about, heard how young people were returning from discos in the morning, heard the cough of a sick neighbor on the other side, the cleaners didn’t take a steam bath at all and started talking through the entire corridor in the morning, so those who love to sleep in the morning, I advise you to choose another hotel, as here you will get up with your neighbors and the arrival of cleaners. If you do not leave the room before 12 noon, no one will clean it. Also, for those who go to bed early, I also do not advise, at least until 12 at night, music rumbles from neighboring hotels, which are located almost back to back. So the hotel spoiled the experience, we tried to come there as rarely as possible, just to spend the night.
