We rested in this hotel from Natalie Tours under the Fortune program. The impression of the hotel is not good at all. The only plus can be only its close location to the sea, although for me to walk an extra 5-10 minutes would not be a problem. Further cons: -a double room overlooks the beach, the view is beautiful, no doubt, but under the windows there is a disco until 12! We chose Santa Susanna precisely for the silence, but received such a bonus from the hotel. -the room was cleaned every day, or rather made the bed and hung towels! For all the time (13 nights) only 2 times changed bed linen and 6-7 times towels (3 times asked about it at the reception), and swept so generally once. . . in general, they have trouble with this! -the room itself is very modest, as my wife noted: it looks like a monastic cell, only a 15-inch TV (with a lousy signal) was a "luxury" in it. No phone, no hair dryer. -Meals: We had half board. If sometimes you could take something quite decent for dinner (like chicken or meat), then breakfast is a disaster - monotonous and not tasty. In conclusion, I want to add that if the hotel is not planned to spend time other than the night, then I still would not recommend it because of the food. In my opinion, this is the worst three-ruble note (and I would not give him 3 *) in Santa Susanna.
