Traveled together with his wife from 5 to 19 September 2009 fortune. Unfortunately, fate brought us to this fucking Esplay. . . They brought us around 11 pm Spanish time and the receptionist did not want to settle us for a long time, most likely hoping that the check-in starts at 10.00 am. Then, after long conversations with our meeting guide, he nevertheless "deigned" to accommodate us, allegedly doing us a great favor, although as it turned out we (6 people from Russia) were all assigned to rooms and all that remained was to give us the keys... We did not wait for the promised cold dinner, although we were late through no fault of our own (the flight was delayed at Domodedovo for 3 hours).
Finally, we are in the room - unfortunately we "fell" the first floor, although according to the building system, in fact, it is the second floor. We tried to sleep, but even the plastic windows did not help. The noise from the street was terrible - drunken youth (most likely the British) yelled recklessly - all this lasted until about 4 o'clock in the morning. On the second night, under the windows on a bench (our room overlooked the back side of the hotel), local Spaniards gathered, who, not paying attention to the late time, "fermented". Naturally, all this was accompanied by laughter and loud conversations, because they don’t know how to talk normally. One moron from their "flock" finished off, who, not paying attention to us (we went out to the balcony to see who was yelling), came right under our balcony and began to relieve himself. And all this is not counting our neighbors from England - a guy and his girlfriend, who, having returned at about 2.30 am, began to violently have sex. And here the most important thing must be said - the walls in the hotel are most likely made of plasterboard, since the audibility is simply amazing - this couple could be heard right while sitting on the bed - all the ahs and sighs and slaps, etc. etc. I'm not talking about the fact that even their usual conversation was heard. I thought that we do not know how to build buildings in Yaroslavl, so here my opinion has changed 180 degrees. For the first time in my life, I had to buy earplugs in a pharmacy, I even remembered what they are called in Spanish - tapones para oides - remember, they can come in handy. They saved 50%, the remaining 50% were filled with towels covered over the ears.
Further, this problem was addressed to a Russian-speaking (she is from Russia - like from Vladivostok) receptionist - only I didn’t remember the name, but I remembered the eastern section of the eyes. We were asked to be relocated. She said that it was impossible, there were no available rooms (!!! ). And that's it. And to none. She doesn't even need money. I had to act through our guide Olga - thanks to her for this, we remember her with a kind word. She nevertheless agreed and we were offered a room on the third floor. We liked it, although it was a single. After the room on the first floor, it seemed to us almost heavenly. But here, too, there were some disadvantages - on one side of the room, two elderly English women turned out to be neighbors, one of whom also could not speak normally, on the other hand - a technical room in which supplies for cleaning the premises were stored. And it was precisely in this technical room that cleaning ladies entered every morning - at exactly 6.50 in the morning - with cheerful shouts, dropping mops and turning on the water... And do not forget about the audibility... But in principle, these were already trifles. Yes, and the English neighbors moved out for the second night. He pounded the wall with his fist a couple of times, and the loud music from the upper room above us, which prevented us from falling asleep, subsided.

In general, there were few Russians in the hotel, mostly English, Germans and Poles.
Food is a solid trio. In principle, it is varied, but in a week of 7 days - 4 days in the morning boiled eggs, the remaining 3 days - scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs. The meat was always and of a different kind. Potatoes are almost always french fries, and almost always dry and overcooked, and on other days, if not french fries, then undercooked... Fruits are also always - peaches, pears, apples, melons. I did not like the watermelon - it was not sweet and with some kind of chemical aftertaste. And always sausage and cheese. I do not want to say that we are picky, but here we can compare - there were also 3 stars in Mallorca a year ago. There was food there, so the food - compared to this, so to speak, hotel - is excellent. Although also three stars. During the two weeks of our stay in Esplay, shrimp were given twice.
And yet, in spite of everything, we liked the rest - the sea is beautiful, and the weather did not let us down. But the hotel and some of its employees are complete crap. Don't go to this hotel.
