Alexander always helped us in solving some problems or in obtaining any information. As for Elvira, she always did it with great favor and with an air as if she was already tired of everything. It is not very pleasant to communicate with such a person. We lived on the 2nd floor, wi-fi in the room caught normally only in certain places and poses. The safe was not used. Especially valuable things were put away in a suitcase with a lock. Linen is changed every 3-4 days. Towels sometimes come across such as if they washed the floors. Flimsy and frayed, with dangling threads around the edges. There was 1 small towel and 1 large towel per person. And one for two foot towels. If you run out of toiletries or run out of them, don't expect new ones to report to you. They won't report. Except for toilet paper. She was "reported" regularly. There were also 2 round bars of soap in the bathrooms on the day of check-in. After one of our soaps softened from the water, we threw it away. But in the next 5 days, soap was not put to us anymore. On this day, I decided to make up, began to look for a cosmetic bag, but did not find it. I thought that it was unlikely that someone could steal it, because someone else needed not new cosmetics (although due to the rare use of cosmetics, all makeup items were practically new), I thought that I probably left it somewhere at home.
