Clean, comfortable hotel, very good value for money. We got a spacious room overlooking the courtyard, but not the pool (there is a courtyard that can only be accessed from the rooms on the first floor), so it was quiet, a small balcony and a spacious bathroom. The air conditioner did not work, but it was not needed, because we practically only slept in the hotel, and the nights were very comfortable (as far as I understood, you need to take the superior room type for air conditioning). They cleaned the room every day, towels were also changed every day (even if you don’t throw them on the floor), linen once a week. The staff is friendly, at the reception is a very nice girl Oksana (Russian speaking). They fed well: breakfast was standard and easy to remember (cheese, three types of sausage, buns, jams, fried eggs, bacon, sausages, beans in tomato, boiled eggs, four types of breakfast cereals) for dinner, 4 types of salads, marinades, fresh vegetables were lettuce and tomatoes, two types of meat (pork, chicken, beef or their derivatives), two types of fish, many side dishes, fruit for dessert (apples, pears, plums, apricots, peaches, nectarines, melon or watermelons) and cakes. There was a lot of food and if something ran out they brought more. Drinks for dinner 2 euros 4 glasses (wine, beer, cola fanta, juices). The hotel is quiet and practically without its own territory, you will not get much entertainment there. The hotel is located very well, right next to the station (trains are quiet, they only run once every half an hour), the beach is right across the railway at the crossing, there is always a lot of space at the beginning of the old town, it’s nice to walk along the quiet streets in the evening. The beach is coarse sand, the sea is clean, but there is one feature - it’s deep right away and the waves hit hard, so you can’t really buy with little peanuts if they are afraid of the sea. It is very convenient to travel from Malgrat to Barcelona and Blanes (then you can take a bus to Lorret or Tossa), with one transfer to Girona. By the way, if you are going to Barcelona to ride bass tourists, then immediately buy a ticket for bass tourists + train at the station, it cost 21 euros - the same price is just bass tourists in Barcelona, i. e. the train ride is free (it was on our arrival) see the ads at the box office. We also often traveled to Blanes and therefore bought a ticket for 10 trips (Bono), it turned out to be half the price, so if you are going to travel often or take a lot of you, take Bono.
