I have been working in tourism for many years, so I will try to give an objective assessment of the LUNA CLUB 4 * hotel. We rested in this hotel from 04 to 12 May. ALL system. The choice fell on this hotel solely for 2 reasons, because there was an indoor pool and because I additionally needed a single from May 7 to 12 and in GTA I was able to book only this hotel.

We rested in this hotel from 04 to 12 May. ALL system. The choice fell on this hotel solely for 2 reasons, because there was an indoor pool and because I additionally needed a single from May 7 to 12 and in GTA I was able to book only this hotel.
The hotel categorically does not pull on 4*.
The LUNA CLUB 4 * building is located opposite the LUNA PARK 3 * hotel. The cases are similar to each other, like twin brothers. Check-in at the hotel takes place at the general reception, there is no difference between 4* and 3* clients. We arrived very early, check-in at the hotel starts at 12 o'clock. I offered the receptionists to take my voucher, so that by 12 our room would be ready (this is done in all civilized countries, and I drove through a huge number of them), but I received a categorical refusal. When we arrived at 12 o'clock at the reception, there was a huge number of people. A corporate group of Spaniards visited a 3 * hotel for one night and all the attention of the staff was focused on this group. When we finally received the long-awaited key to room 401, we were assured that the room was beautiful and we would definitely like it. We happily went up to the 4th floor and with "great joy" found that someone was already living in this room. I again went to the reception and received the next key to room 409. In this room, my husband and I were waiting for new "joys"
- TWIN beds; non-working air conditioner; non-working toilet drain; broken balcony door handle.
I once again dragged myself to the reception, but they told me that I did not book DBL beds (although I booked the hotel myself and I know perfectly well what I indicated in the booking).
By the way, when my daughter came to SINGL on May 7, she was given a DSU with a normal double bed.
Location. The hotel is located far enough from the sea, about 200 meters and out of the question. 500 meters to the transition, then up the stairs to the underpass and again up the stairs from the transition, then along the path to the beach for another 100 meters.
The hotel itself is located on the very outskirts of the city, behind the hotel there are some beds with vegetables and other agricultural joys. At 5 a. m. the rooster starts crowing and you won't be able to sleep anymore. If the air conditioner had worked, it would have been possible to close the balcony door, but we were not lucky…
Now about the restaurant. It is also shared with a 3* hotel. There is always a queue at the entrance, as customers cannot take the table they like, but must definitely sit where the hand of the “all-seeing waitress” points. The food is very, very mediocre, the quality of the drinks is very low. Well, no one died of hunger and there was only one poisoning!
Service at the bar. There is only one bar open and of course it is common to everyone. For ALL customers from 11 am to 11 pm, for money, the time varies at the discretion of the bartender. Personally, I tried to ask for a bottle of mineral water at 23:02 to drink my medicine, but I received such a temperamental refusal that I had to go up to the room for money and buy this water.
Swimming pool. The outdoor pool was never used, as it was cool, but it was far from always possible to get into the indoor pool. Every day there is a pool reservation for some activities, and even if no one comes, the pool is stupidly closed. The pool itself is very small, dirty, with muddy water, a very strong smell of bleach, and a very inconvenient entrance to the jacuzzi.
By the way, mattresses on sunbeds are paid - 1 euro.
Output. I strongly do not advise this hotel to be considered as a 4 *. 3 *, and even then with a big stretch. I did not understand at all what additional service I received by paying for 4 *.
For the clients of my travel agency, I close the sale of this hotel.

Half a year ago I visited this wonderful place. The hotel is equipped with every comfort. We ate various delicacies 3 times a day, to be honest, each time we had to choose : ) There are several pools on the territory (including a children's pool, which is convenient for families with small children), a bar, an Internet corner, various exercise equipment, a lot of sunbeds.

The rooms have everything you need, I was especially pleased with the refrigerator : ) The sea is a 15-minute quiet walk, although there are hotels located much closer. In general, a great hotel, but there is a small minus - this is a hotel opposite, as people resting there see what you are doing, but fortunately there are curtains. We didn't want to leave, we loved it. We will definitely repeat our trip.
