I turned to the Russian-speaking manager at the reception. For 3 days he fed me with promises to sort it out, in the hope that I would leave and fall behind. On the last day, with the help of my representative Natalie Tur, I managed to accept my application and give me a second copy with a seal. She asked me to look into it and answer. The month has passed. Apparently no one is going to understand. I took a picture of the cleaner who was cleaning my room.
