I thought that maybe only we were so unlucky with communication at the reception. It turns out that receptionist rudeness is the norm! We paid a superior. But we never received it. Although we went to the reception to sort it out for two days. At first, they simply tried to swindle us, claiming that the number given to us was a superior. When this number did not pass, the lady, the manager, just started yelling at us. She said that she did not have a superior for us, they say, wait until you are free. So we waited for a whole week. They just didn’t get involved anymore, so as not to completely spoil their mood. In addition, we were never given the transfer time to the airport from the host company. As a result, the last evening was spent trying to figure it out. I have never seen such incompetence at the front desk. In this hotel you can relax if you have no other option, or if you have not seen anything else. This is despite the fact that I also do not make excessive demands on hotels in general, but on 3-star hotels in particular, considering them to a greater extent as a roof over my head. But it was something! . Although there are FOUR stars on the facade !!!!!!!!! ! And only the rudeness of the staff can be estimated at four.
