I'm not particularly capricious, lived tolerably. I came to swim, sunbathe, came to the room only to change clothes and spend the night, so I did not pay attention to the old furniture and so on. The main thing was hot water and a clean bed. The maids dropped in only to take out the trash, fed well.
I want to pay attention only to the following: I rented a safe in the room for 20 euros per week. According to the rules, I left a deposit of 10 euros (they gave me a lock and a key). Leaving everything I handed over, but did not find a receipt and at the reception a fat man refused to give a deposit of 10 euros, such as there should be a receipt. I think I didn’t have the right, because I passed everything safe and sound. When I found it on the bus and handed it over to my friends through the guide, they were told that I had already received the money. SHAME! It's a trifle, but it's DIFFERENT to remember!!!
From the pros: 2 Russian-speaking women work at the reception, they are smart. Always polite, sympathetic and friendly, which can not be said about the rest! Nina, having learned that the toilet was not working, took emergency measures and the problems disappeared, thanks, Nina!
