Recently arrived with my 15 year old son from the hotel. Anyone who is going to go to this wonderful country - I recommend this hotel. There are only pensioners in the hotel, incl. disabled people with wheelchairs, the environment is not very pleasant, you feel uncomfortable in this environment. 4 does not pull in any way, I would put 2 maximum. one plus is near the underground passage to the sea and a supermarket, but it's just such a good location. I don't recommend choosing it.

Cleaned every day, but the linen was changed once and the towels were not changed every day. The beds were sometimes not made, not to mention the birds and swans. Although left for 2 euros. There are only old and disabled people in the hotel. The pools are all small. At the reception, people are not friendly, if you ask anything, they pretend that they do not understand anything. There were Russian-speaking girls, but they don't know anything. The food is poor - breakfast is monotonous and not tasty. Dinners are more or less varied but not tasty either. I liked the food in the cafe. We regretted that we took dinners, it is enough to eat in a cafe once - both tasty and satisfying. Excursions also leave much to be desired - all guides are not accredited. They just take you to the sights and that's it - then do as you wish. Buses were constantly late, but we couldn't be late even for a single minute. . There was no time for shopping. We went to Andorra for the whole day without meals - upon returning to the hotel at night we did not find food packages, although they were ordered. At the reception, as always, they do not understand anything in Russian. The only thing - there was a normal animation: Brazilian dances, Spanish songs, flamenco. To summarise, we will never go to this hotel again and will not recommend to friends.
