Испорченный отпуск!!!! Vacation ruined!!!!

The most terrible hotel I have ever lived in. We were in Spain several times, we chose the hotel because we lived in a neighboring hotel, we liked it very much, but everything was full in it. So we decided to book a new cart. We immediately regretted it upon arrival. Room on the 1st floor, in the basement daily disco from 12 to 6. The beds are shaking, it is not possible to sleep at all. When asked to change the room if possible, at the reception a woman with a German accent rudely answered no. And there is no tomorrow. We realized that there was no point in asking further, it was useless. Although the hotel has great check-ins and check-outs every day. For lunch, dinner, you need to queue for 10 minutes, a huge queue fills the entire corridor before the doors open. Haven't seen this anywhere. Come back later, there's nothing to eat. Nothing better than the location!! ! I will say that thanks to this hotel I consider my vacation completely ruined.
