This is already the 2nd case with this travel agency, last year she did not meet us in Spain and we ourselves had to get to the hotel by taxi. Now about the hotel. It stands in the center of the city. Metro 30 to the sea. The beach is dirty, practically not cleaned, only sometimes workers collect large garbage, a lot of cigarette butts and small garbage. Convenient location from the railway. and bus stations, so the hotel is a transit base for hundreds of tourists who stay at the hotel for 1-2 days, or at a conference. A very large flow of people, which is why there are always a lot of people in the dining room, queues to wait for a table. The food is monotonous. I don't recommend it for relaxing.
