Отвратительный отель Disgusting hotel

Rested with my family for the New Year holidays from 30.12 to 8.02. 2012. review about the hotel ONE NEGATIVE!!!! ! I DO NOT ADVISE!! ! Other than the normal location (for a summer holiday) no. The hotel can be said to be a separate building and to get into the room you need to go across the street, which is most interesting, no tour operator has such details in any description! The kitchen is disgusting, both in terms of food and in terms of dishes (not washed). Service 2. Housekeeping 2, with the exception of two days, when the young girl was cleaned (removed in good conscience), and the old one.... just took all the money...... Non-Russian speaking staff, guides also have to be desired (Pegasus). The biggest negative was at the New Year's dinner, not only that we were not reprimanded for the tour without paying for it, although we explained that we were eating with the baby, we were assured that this very dinner would be organized for us in the room-FIG !!!!!!! ! Moreover, the New Year's dinner itself was moved to another hotel, and we were offered to take what we want from the evening daily dinner to the room, although this very New Year's dinner cost 300 euros!!!!!! ! The most interesting thing, when we checked in, we noticed that there were a lot of elderly people, in short the hotel was inhabited by pensioners, and the whole evening entertainment program was for them. IN SHORT, JUST NOT DA VINCI!!!!!!! !
