We thoroughly prepared for the trip with my wife, having shoveled a lot of reviews about hotels (the emphasis was on three stars, because they saved money, it was the second trip in a year to the same Spain). We learned a lot of useful information from the Natalie Tour website. We stopped at this hotel. Were not disappointed. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were seated immediately. Rooms are standard for treshka. "Conde" was no longer working, but we did not need it. In the evening it was already cool and slept with an open balcony. Our friends from St. Petersburg were disturbed by the music from the bar and animation, they slept with a closed balcony, because. their room overlooked the courtyard of the hotel with a swimming pool. At their request, the "air condo" was turned on, free of charge (by issuing a special key). Our room faced the side of the street, on which there was another animation - the Oasis Park and Mediterraneo hotels (the density of hotels is high). It didn't bother us. we went to bed late, sat up late on the balcony with a bottle of wine and various local delicacies. The hotel is good, the service is friendly. At the reception, Russian-speaking Ekaterina, a friendly, kind girl, has been working at the hotel for more than one year. Will tell you everything to the smallest detail! Thank her for everything!! ! The rooms were cleaned regularly, well, constantly put shampoo / gel. Hotels have been half empty since the end of September. Many Russians. There is no crowd in the restaurant for feeding, although we drove and worried that they would be fed in two shifts. There is a lot written about this on various sites. In the mornings, the famous "Kava", i. e. champagne, I don't want to drink. But the promised roses on Fridays for women, the wife did not wait (this did not upset her much). They fed well. Very tasty cottage cheese. We never ate it, but then it “struck”. Sea food is well prepared. But lamb is not very dry. On many sites, in particular "Natalie Tour", they write that they cook poorly. Our opinion is pure grumbling. Look at these grumbling people and their breakfasts at home. For 15 days, they forgot what the feeling of hunger is. The restaurant has a Russian-speaking waitress Siga (respect to her). All conditions have been created for children: cribs, chairs in a restaurant, bicycles, etc.
Hotel director Miguel on Wednesdays at 18.00 in the bar arranged a round table for Russians with drinks (including Cava / sangria) and fruits. And he tried to serve everyone himself together with the manager of the restaurant. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The purpose of the meetings is to find out from us any wishes (+/- rest). The hotel is increasingly aimed at our compatriots. It is a shame for our Russians that they did not respond to these invitations, although announcements were posted for us several days in advance. The beaches are good and sandy. We think it's close to the hotel. 5-7 minutes, which is useful to "shake up" the buffet. The location of the hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city center.
We went to the "intelligence by illegal immigrants" neighboring Best "Oasis Park". We saw everything except the rooms. Hotels are similar, everything is the same.

Recommended for excursions "Planu". The only thing they do not sell tickets with a double visit to "Port Aventura" (this is for those traveling with children). In the velvet season, there are no queues at all, you can immediately sit down on the repeat of the attraction. Although we are adults, but got into a real childhood. For those who are going to Montserrat, we recommend taking the famous liqueurs there. You won't find them in the city.
