The whole problem was in the constant queues in the restaurant throughout the rest, unwashed dishes, poor hood. At the reception: incompetence of the staff, warned in advance about the upcoming 2-day excursion, but the Picnic was never received, because the date was entered incorrectly at the reception and in order to get the Picnic, you just had to not go on a paid excursion... nonsense and negativity, it was very unpleasant.
