We rested from 9 to 23 July, for the 6th time in this hotel. We drove confident - the hotel was checked, everything will be fine, it was always recommended to friends for a family vacation. The first thing that caught my eye was the change in the composition of the reception. There are no Russian speakers (before everyone!! ! spoke), except for the leader from the old staff, but she is zealously “guarded” and not allowed to see her. Fortunately, not a problem.... The room went over the restaurant, the view is good - the pool, the sea, the recreation area in front of the hotel - a good start. Out of habit, I went to bed early, I woke up an hour later, at first I could not understand why. The music played so loudly that it was impossible to talk in the room, up to 20 meters from the screaming speakers. And so every evening until 24:00. Number agreed to change for 30 Euros. Why? Last year they changed it without problems and for free. . . It turns out that you need to pay for the cleaning of the new room and administration services. But, after all, we have already paid for the daily cleaning! ? To pay for steel out of principle, I had to go to bed later, but these 2 hours were not enough. Luckily, the baby slept well. Some neighbors moved out, we are not the only ones so “tender”. Regarding the cleaning of the room, we stopped by once at 13:50, we were just going to have lunch. We say, come in 5 minutes, in response - we, "white people", work until 14:00. What can I say - manana. We missed cleaning a couple of times - what do we end up paying for? Music in the evening (and in the afternoon, after dinner, just the children are sleeping) is very loud and absolutely unnecessary. Once, at 23:00, I saw: 4 people were sitting by the pool and 5 on the balcony by the bar (there were about 300 rooms in the hotel), talking calmly. But the music is playing. . . The animators, who, you guessed it, are also new, still those entertainers. Young and many. They don't play with children, adults don't care either. There used to be a lot of competitions in the evenings (he took part, he defended the honor of Russia : -)), constant activity with children. Now it's just music, but it's really loud. . . I saw morning exercises in the pool (aquagym) only once and could not look at the leader for a long time. Last year, I once counted: about 40 adults of both sexes and children in the pool repeat the movements, everyone else around the pool is watching with interest - beautiful and fun. In past years, the animators knew us by sight, remembered, always said hello, it was nice. Yes, and at the reception they used to try to remember in person, they remembered the rooms where the vacationers lived. The atmosphere was friendly and more professional. This year, 2 times the card from the room was not at all in place. Someone decided to go into the room during our absence? In the middle of the week (I would say the season!!! ) began to change the door locks. We were called to the reception and asked to go for a walk on Friday morning. But we leave at 10 am on Saturday, work as much as you want, in return - the master has a day off. And we have? On his working days, the master worked brilliantly, all week there was a screech from a high-speed grinder on the floor. Thanks for not painting the ceilings! On Friday the weather was bad, they were waiting in the lobby. In a restaurant, it has become “like in a restaurant”, the waiters take orders for drinks and then they bring them. Naturally, they do not have time to serve everyone. Previously, drinks were bought personally at the entrance to the restaurant - there were no problems. The duration of breakfast, lunch and dinner has been reduced. For breakfast, from 9:30 in the queue for entry, this was not observed before. The food is the same, the food is good - at least something pleasant. For some reason, watermelons were in short supply. All these are trifles, of course, except for loud music, because of it we never really got enough sleep: if you get up late, you will end up in line at the restaurant in the morning. In general, the attitude of all hotel services towards us (I will not speak for everyone) has noticeably changed and not for the better. Apparently, already tired of each other. We will no longer recommend this hotel to friends. It's a pity!! ! We will open new horizons.
