Firstly, no one warned that the hotel has rooms without a balcony !! ! Secondly, 10 meters away from the path along which the train travels. Some windows overlook the railway station, others overlook the pool. No one said about this either! They paid 131.000 rubles and settled in a room without a balcony!!! ! The windows overlook just on the railway track!!! ! The first day I jumped up from the noise of passing trains !! ! About cleaning! A nightmare!!!!!!!!! ! The floor is not vacuumed or swept at all!! ! And it does not depend on the prescribed tip !!!! ! A couple of times they left dirty and torn towels !!!!! ! And this is Europe, a 4 * hotel?!!!!!!! ! I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel!
