I have stayed at this hotel several times and have been happy with it and have recommended it to my friends. But things are changing at this hotel, and not for the better. I don't go there anymore. There is only one Russian-speaking girl Marina at the reception, but she cannot help in any way and does not want to decide anything. Her constant response to all complaints < You have a great way out - you can join the club of the Vil la Romana hotel and then on your next visit you will live like a human being. > But after two weeks spent in this hotel this year, I I won't go there again.
And my friends from Germany, for whom I ordered a room, and who also regret the money spent, will not go.
In these rooms provided to us for two weeks we could sleep only after one in the morning. The windows of our rooms overlooked the stage, and from 21:00 to 24:00 it was absolutely impossible to stay and talk or watch TV in the rooms, even with a closed balcony. The power of the sound from the stage was over the top.

And from 24:00 to 1:00, hotel employees screeched to take away sunbeds, chairs and tables by the pool.
Alas, we are not 20 years old, but 60+, and I have not been to nightclubs for a long time. I believe that resting there implies such a power of musical instruments. But we did not come for such a holiday. Unfortunately, it is completely impossible to change a room in this hotel. We are not club members. We can't even watch Russian TV channels in our rooms. After contacting the reception, they announced to me that this 4-star hotel does not have Russian TV at all, although it has been around the world for a long time. Then, after a long trial, TV was connected. But not for long. For 2 days. Then they turned it off. So I had fun for 2 weeks 5 more times. Disconnection - contacting the reception - after 12 hours connection. Of course, this is not the most important thing, but I don’t like it very much when for my money in this hotel they offer me to have fun to their taste - study Spanish on TV and walk around the city until one in the morning.
