First of all, decide what you want from your vacation. If you need a "party" vacation, discos, cafes and bars - then the hotel and La Pineda itself are not for you - choose hotels in Salou. La Pineda is a measured holiday with children (fortunately the sea is clean, the entrance to it is shallow, the sand is soft, the proximity of the water park and Port Aventura), an educational holiday for the active and inquisitive (near Taragona, Reus, Barcelona, ​ ​ Andorra). The hotel is decorated in Roman style, has 2 buildings. We were placed in the second one, and this had its advantages, since evening entertainment programs take place under the windows of the first building. The room we had was simply magnificent, on the 4th floor, in the center of the building, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. No effort had to be made for this - except for a smile upon check-in, a few phrases (learned on the plane) in Spanish and a friendly mood. Senora Ani, who was in charge of accommodation, is always friendly and tries to learn Russian. Service at the level, there were no problems with cleaning the room and the 2 euros left daily by the maid were rather a form of politeness and gratitude. The beds made up together are a little uncomfortable, but even here there are advantages: you fall asleep together - you wake up each in your own half. And at night we slept and in the morning no one bothers to reunite again.....The sea is very close, 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. The meal was half board which seems reasonable if you want to visit and see different places. Served in unlimited quantities for breakfast, "Kava" (local dry champagne) perfectly complemented the joyful impressions of the holiday. Lunch or dinner is your choice, depending on the activities you plan for the day. I can’t say anything about the territory of the hotel and entertainment, because the whole day went to the sea and excursions (mostly independent). The territory is normal, a good pool (although they never swam in it and did not understand the swimmers - you have the sea at your side, why do you need bleach), there were entertainments - in the evenings, someone performed with something every day. I strongly recommend staying in this hotel - most importantly, do not forget to take a good mood with you....
