The overall impression is rather "satisfactory". We rested with my family (big family - took two rooms) in July 2011. tour operator - Pegasus. We flew to Barcelona airport while we were being taken to hotels, - the guide girl tried to tell something about Spain in general. Why did you try? Yes, just for the entire time of the excursion (both this and all subsequent ones) - there was an impression that they would have to learn the skill of oratory. . . yes to the Russian dialect. . . still tell people. . . Well, God bless them! We were taken to the Sol Costa Dorada hotel, a girl from Pegasus escorted us to the hotel lobby, and immediately disappeared. When they began to raise the issue of accommodation, it turned out that Pegas did not even bother to have the rooms nearby, and our rooms were booked in different buildings, although I had expressed such a wish even when booking the tour, and by the way, this is really in their power. . . Fortunately, the Russian girl Natalya at the reception took care, and nevertheless placed us nearby, in the neighborhood. Therefore, we found out that Pegasus finally doesn’t care about us, they would only sell excursions. They said that the hotel does not work with Pegasus at all. they work with Natalie Tours - these are, they say, comrades, very responsible. . worry about everyone. . . Settled. . . The rooms are standard. . . well, sooooo standard, without any frills (not to mention shower caps, soap, toothpaste, and an elementary ashtray - they simply don’t exist; a universal contraption hangs on the wall - there is shampoo, it’s also shower gel, it’s soap : (((( There is a telly (there is no Russian channel), a fridge-bar (empty). Service - well, it’s probably how lucky we are... We haven’t been cleaned for three days - we had to go down and complain - after that they cleaned up. . . Safe. I haven't seen such safes for a long time. Just some kind of sovdep. . . They just give the key, for which you need to pay 25 euros, of which 5 euros are returned upon check-out. It is imperative to keep the receipt for paying for the safe! Towels for the pool. 10 euros - a deposit for a towel. It is better to keep the receipt in order to return your money later. But if you already lose, the nice uncle will not return anything to you, go to the reception and just say "I have problems". . . After checking in, we decided to take a walk to the sea. . . Until if the sea is far away. . . 15-20 minutes on foot. . . and you need to go through almost the entire city, past markets, shops, houses. . . We came to the beach. . . and remembered the city beach of Anapa. . . sun loungers 6 euros per day. . . lots of people. . . By the way, the sea was cold. . . I went to the sea twice in 10 days of my stay, and I even had to force myself - they say, after all, they came to the sea !! ! The territory of the hotel. . . Mmmm. . . yes, it is practically non-existent. . . she's just busy with the pool. . . Entertainment. . . In the morning, water aerobics in the pool, water polo - in general, everything is standard. Mini-club promised - they say, super-duper!! ! uuu. . . I don’t know, the animators speak only Spanish - so somehow my daughter didn’t show much desire to hang out there. . . In the evening - after 22h - then discos, then different performances. . . Particularly not impressed! Although... The kids must have tried. . . Meals at the hotel. . . I agree with many. . . Everything is very delicious. . . Diverse in the number of dishes (a lot of seafood, mussels, shrimp, squid, etc. ), but this many different dishes are prepared every day - the same. . . Therefore, after 5-6 days everything is already pall. . . Excursions. Pegasus behaved very strangely. . . We were immediately warned that for all excursions we would be picked up from the neighboring Villa Romana hotel, walk there for about 5 minutes. . . They explained that in Salou, not all hotels can stay. . . some nonsense. . . in general, we were both taken on an excursion and delivered from excursions only at a neighboring hotel. . . To be honest, I highly recommend the review of Barcelona - it's something! Be sure to visit Montserrat Castle (very beautiful, in the mountains). Pegasus also offers an excursion to Paris for 1 day for 330 euros - an adult, and 155 euros - a child under 2 years old (I'm sorry, Paris for a 2-year-old child). . . In short, my daughter (8 years old) went for an adult. Didn't like it very much. . . Eiffel Tower, river walk along the Seine - yes! The tour includes lunch - by the way, not the best : ((( Fragonard perfume factory (there is nothing to do there, they produce perfumes - analogues of Dior. . . maybe they smell like Dior, only they don’t have enough show-off - they are called differently . . We were given 1.5 hours of free time, I visited a huge shopping department store. . . stunned! . We bought tickets from Pegasus for "flamenco", which takes place at the Villa Alexander restaurant. They said that the ticket price (56 euros) includes a luxurious dinner, branded Spanish brut champagne, and a children's menu. . . and yes, live flamenco. . . In general, there was no champagne, the food was incomprehensible (for the first time I saw a dish - fish fillet, next to it was a shrimp, everything was watered with some kind of incomprehensible sauce, and next to potatoes !! ! I was surprised at this... somehow I didn’t think earlier about the combination of potatoes and seafood. . . The flamenco performance could also have been better. . . A boy came out. . . the dance technique is powerful - you can't argue! the current didn't turn on! something was missing in it, - whether the Spanish macho , or artistry, or sparks in the eyes... the girls also danced... in short, they were not impressed! Russians in the hotel - 20 percent. We talked with some residents, many were happy with everything, they seemed to like it. But I didn’t put my foot in this hotel!
