We traveled in a group from 06/21/11 to 07/05/11 from the Gurney company, which works from Natalie Tours. We booked the Sumbo / Borneo hotel, located in Cala Millor, a town in the southeast of the island. The main requirements for the hotel, which determined the considerable cost of vouchers - 4 *, first line, i. e. up to 100 m from the sea, good beach, good hotel rating. The hotel is excellently located. In fact, all rooms have a good view of the sea, although the side, the beach actually adjoins the territory of the hotel. The rooms are small but decent. The room has an LCD TV, refrigerator, safe (for a fee). Free WiFi internet in the hotel lobby. The main contingent is the Germans, then the Poles and even less than the rest. Russians increased by the beginning of July. The staff, respectively, even in English is so-so, but in Russian, of course, nothing.
I was very disappointed by Natalie Tours. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they could only be accommodated from 06/23/11, and 2 nights in another hotel. When we arrived there, the sea is a kilometer away and the hotel itself is smaller and more modest, although 4 *. I'llot Park Hotel in Cala Rajada - you can't say anything bad about it - a normal hotel if you pay cheaper for it and the proximity of the beach is unprincipled. The Sumbo/Borneo hotel gave a small compensation for this, but questions remained - how did they confirm the reservation and whether this could have happened to the Germans. The main thing was outraged by the sheer indifference of Natalie Tours. The guide sent us from the airport to the Sumbo / Borneo hotel, but he prudently did not go with us. To calls to a guide, a representative, and even to an office in St. Petersburg - first “football”: “Vasya is doing this, no, Petya is doing this, ” then just the answer: “Your problems! ” Themselves and decided with the hotel in a mixture of different languages. But the contract is with a travel agency - the Spaniards, what do you present? A good reason to refuse travel agents, and especially such ones.
The hotel also: the food is not bad - better than in Cyprus, 2 types of fish always, periodically fresh pineapples, cherries, mussels. True, it seemed that the food deteriorated a little closer to departure. The choice of drinks on All Inclusive is not so rich. The level of service is quite good - the staff is efficient and friendly. The beer is good, you can feel the positive German influence. Every day there are comic competitions, for example, in shooting. We did a good job of supporting the honor of the country among the Germans.

The sea is of course clean, there is a lot of rental of motorbikes, but the rental of marine watercraft somehow was not noticed in this place. The tourist infrastructure near the hotel is well developed, there are bars with live music in the evenings, attractions for children, shops around. Everything is very decorous, in German. But public catering is mostly just bars, apparently most of them have enough hotel food.
