I read the last review, I would like to write an answer. It seems we were at about the same time. Now I understand what it means to present the same information in different ways.
As for the TUI and the aircraft, everything was perfect. There was nothing broken or broken. Everything is clean, neat and tasty. Probably the previous commentator was just unlucky. Met also excellent, the hotel was delivered quite quickly despite the remote location of the hotel. By the way, they were also picked up in a good high-speed car, we arrived comfortably. The roads there are excellent, we are so far from that.
Just a lot of people arrived, on the third day, especially Russians. What was noticeable. I don’t want to go deep, but how Europeans and Russians come to breakfast is a major difference. Always gloomy, dissatisfied, loud, unawakened, collapsed on their heads and in incomprehensible clothes - it's a shame. But that is beside the point. We rested at rush hour, in early August. Settled quickly. The room was indeed given with access to the music bar. Up to 12 loud. We have a two-year-old child, so in the morning we asked to change. They did it right away with no problems. They gave us a key in advance so that we could see if the room suits us or not. Things were transported calmly, no one hurried us. Room on the ground floor in the side building. I did not notice any basement, on the contrary, a very cozy and bright place. The balcony overlooks a lawn with cool resilient grass and palm trees. It is very nice to sit there after dinner and drink cocktails. Privacy and relaxation are provided. There really is no refrigerator in the room. As for the hair dryer, I don’t remember, I won’t lie. I just don't use a hair dryer. The bathroom is good, the bedroom too. Not euro, but everything is decent. And by the way, there were no folding beds; ). Cleaned up well, tips were madly happy and thanked from the next street. Apparently they don't pamper them. Once they didn’t even take it when they gave it two days in a row. They speak only Spanish, they fulfill any request.

Nutrition is not food! The show kitchen had delicious fresh fish every day: tuna, shark fish, swordfish, cuttlefish and more. And meat: veal, pork, lamb, chicken (dry), turkey. It was delicious boiled beef. Seafood was in salads. A huge variety of vegetables, both fresh and stewed. The Spaniards are very fond of vegetables, they are really very tasty. Italian cuisine is represented by not bad pizza, pasta, which was served with two sauces. I especially liked the lasagna and cannelloni. From the national cuisine there have always been gazpacho, paella, ratatouille and so on. Yoghurts did not like, some synthetic. The fruits and desserts are excellent. Breakfasts are varied: American (several types of cereal with milk, yogurt and soy drink), English (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, lobio). Lots of pastries, bread, all sorts of jams, cheeses and sausages. Juices and coffee from the machine, as everywhere, the tea is delicious. What surprised me in the bars and the restaurant: all drinks, except for the above, are in closed bottles. Even cola and milkshakes. Water in glass. You can be calm that nothing will interfere. Having ordered a glass of wine at dinner, they bring a sealed bottle. You can have a snack before lunch and dinner in two bars. Everything is delicious. Alcohol is tolerable, especially almond liqueur, rum, whiskey.
There is not enough space by the pool, there is already a queue an hour before opening, so we swam in the sea. I did not see any excrement and personal hygiene products! The water is purest! At a depth of 3-4 meters I saw the bottom! Once after the storm there was grass in the sea, otherwise everything is clean. Sand too. There are really a lot of people, but they did not bother me. There was an atmosphere of relaxation and fun. We went to the beach after breakfast at 9, there were still plenty of places. For some reason, people came to eleven, when the sun began to burn and all normal people left the beach : )
Pros: tasty and varied food, clean water, good air, very, very friendly people!
Cons: lack of a gym, little space by the pool, paid sunbeds (13 euros for two sunbeds and an umbrella), snacks at certain hours, non-euro rooms.
For its three stars, the hotel is wonderful. Mallorca is not a cheap pleasure, but in such a hotel it is quite possible to have a great rest if you set yourself the goal of enjoying the sea, sun, food and people, and not looking for flaws. The hotel is aimed at children, both in terms of food and entertainment. There is a kids club, an ideal entry into the water (10 meters forward knee-deep). And the climate is right.
