More precisely, we did not expect to see such a boorish and disregarding attitude on the part of the hotel staff. The representative of the administration, Marko Besjedic, did not say a word of apology, nothing to us. Some more "senior" in position from the administration "kindly" went with us to the room and looked at the torn suitcase, but again, zero reaction. It was quite easy to check who and when entered our room in our absence on the computer, but the representatives of the hotel naturally did not do this. Next, we called the representative office of TEZ TOUR in Mallorca and thanked the girl Snezhana, who helped us by phone. The hotel administration refused to give us a “review book”, but gave us a form on which we could leave an appeal. Purely theoretically, the hotel should transfer this appeal to a higher organization, but since the forms were neither numbered nor otherwise identified, there was no certainty that this appeal would reach the appropriate organization, and not fall into the trash can. no. The hotel itself is huge, the area is large, in the restaurant there are always queues for food, it is impossible to eat calmly. There are so many children that it is impossible to eat properly or talk. Or and squeal stands, as on a playground at rush hour. I wanted to eat quickly and leave.
