We flew from Prague. Check-in is between 2 and 3 PM. We arrived at the hotel at 1:15 PM. They told us the room wasn't ready yet, to wait another hour until 2 PM. Okay. When we arrived at 2:15 PM, the room wasn't ready yet. They didn't check us in until 2:50 PM. Okay, if they take that long to clean the room, it should be clean. But ours was just lumps of water on the floor. There was a lot of squeaking, and we hadn't been to the sea yet.
The bathroom is in terrible condition. The hair dryer doesn't work. No toiletries are provided (and this is a 4-star hotel).
The TV is old, you can't connect it to the phone, so you have to watch old Spanish films without subtitles. Not all the buttons on the remote work. There is a refrigerator, but there are no shelves.
The agency told us we would have a sea view. But of course, the hotel told us we were just getting a standard room, and we misunderstood.

The most interesting thing was the food. We came for dinner (we had polopenese), so when we arrived, we weren't supposed to have lunch. But when I saw the dinner menu, I thought it was a breakfast buffet. The only question in my head was, "What's for breakfast then? " There's no choice; everything is tasteless, bland, and saltless. And if you order polopenese, all you get for dinner is dinner and plain tap water. Juices and other water are at your own expense, and I won't even mention alcohol. I advise you not to delay your meal, or there won't be anything left.

In short, it's terrible, the worst vacation we've ever had. And this hotel was recommended to us by an agency. I don't understand the people who wrote that everything here was great. We believed these good reviews and paid a small amount of money. It's a shame.
