Good day to all! I rested in this hotel with a child, a place for children is a paradise on earth, because the sea is not deep and the beach sand strip is wide and long. The food in the restaurant is excellent. In general, I agree with most of the positive points that are written about. Thank God for the nature and the staff for the work. However, there are moments that may be useful to someone: 1) there are mosquitoes in this place, they appear "suddenly" and in large numbers. I think this is due to the presence of swamps that are nearby (natural park); 2) The water is very chlorinated, VERY, you can’t drink it unequivocally, and upon arrival there is not even a small bottle of drinking water in the room, this is a difficulty at night of arrival; 3) the staff is different, mostly helpful, but we also encountered the opposite: when booking a hotel, we asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel, we got it on the side overlooking the pool and bar area. They have an interesting system: you can’t turn off the light on the balcony yourself, at 23 o’clock, like in a pioneer camp, such as “light out”, and the light on the balcony is turned off. But due to the time difference (we have 24 hours), it’s time for the children to sleep, and the light cannot be turned off. It is necessary to curtain the windows, turn on the air conditioner (which, by the way, practically does not cool the air) and so try to fall asleep. But not everyone loves and can sleep with a bad air conditioner working, it’s nicer for me to sleep with an open balcony and breathe sea air. So, 23-30, in our opinion 0-30, the air conditioner does not pull, and under the windows "gee-gee" - it is not realistic to fall asleep. We call the reception, we say that it is already night, walking people, if they want to walk, can go inside the bar and take a walk there. Someone Vicemte (the name of the person on duty) says, ok, he goes out to find out what happened. Then he calls us and says in an angry voice: madam, the GERMANS are sitting there, they are talking quietly. I try to explain that their conversation is bursts of laughter, but he brazenly interrupts me (his phrase - I say! ), tells me in a rude form - close the door, after that he hangs up and does not pick it up again. Why did he tell me that the Germans were there? Does it change the essence of the matter? Probably changes (((. So, I think that in the hotel from the side of Vicemte there is not a correct attitude towards tourists and not impartial, probably preference is given to German tourists. Shame!
