The hotel was placed immediately upon arrival, did not even have to wait for the checkout time. The rooms are quite ordinary, no frills, like almost many 3 * in Europe. We did not use the safe, although we were scared that documents were disappearing, nothing was missing from us. The cleaning in the rooms turned out to be much worse than expected: towels were changed, but not always in the amount that was needed, but this is not very important, but the floors were never washed! The floors in the rooms are tiled, and all the dust and dirt, in full view. Otherwise, there are no complaints about the service. The hotel has a terrible audibility, everything that a neighbor does behind the wall, including steps, will be heard. And if there is a dislike for the Germans, then it is better not to go to Arenal, to the hotels of 80-905 Germans, but they behave like savages. mostly teenagers aged 18-22, well, and all that follows from this. If you want to enjoy all the beauties of Mallorca and feel the spirit of Spain, then it’s better to go to the north or east of the island, it’s very beautiful there)) But who likes crazy parties with the Germans, then this is the place, what you need. Not far from the hotel there is a huge supermarket where you can buy everything)))) and next to the hotel there is a stop from which you can go to the city of Palma de Mallorca (I advise) the fare is cheap 1.1-1.25 euros one way, and practically We also went on all the excursions ourselves - very convenient))
