The hotel is located in the town of Santa Ponsa, 20 minutes by bus from Palma. Another 10 minutes from the stop and we are there. At first glance, the hotel is unprepossessing, 4 floors, all in Spanish, simple, no frills. The territory is well-groomed, though not big. We were settled on the 3rd floor. view of the tennis field, mountains, and a small piece of the sea. The room consisted of a living room studio (kitchen, living room), bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils (microwave oven, e-stove, cutlery, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, dishes, pans, pots). Everything is pretty clean, not rich, but for the little money we paid, we were satisfied. Meals breakfast and dinner. English breakfast in the morning, varied for dinner, but not much, fruits, desserts, pastries, soups (only cream soups) are present. Visitors are mostly families with children, as a playground, a children's pool, and tennis players are rising stars, which makes the pool very noisy during the day and in the evening. There is billiards. Lots of Germans and British. Cleaned every other day (change of linen, toilet paper), soaps, shampoos, no gels. There is a hair dryer, bidet.
In the evenings, entertainment program, but everything is made more for the British (competitions, music, dancing).
the staff is responsive, a Bulgarian was sitting at the reception, speaking Russian well, who could always suggest and advise something.

Cons of the room:
two beds, not one double, the view from the bedroom - or rather its absence.
At night in early May, the room is quite cool, the blankets were not saved. Stone floor. Internet is paid.
10-15 minutes walk from the hotel to the beach. The beach, as usual, in Spain is free, with sunbeds, but you can rest on a towel.
The town itself is not big, mostly the older generation, all the youth in Magaluf, with discos already in the afternoon. In Santa Ponsa 1-2, only discos were opened in early May, we also visited a salsa club with live music, among the waiters we met a guy from Ukraine.
They took the car in Palma, for some reason it was more expensive in our town.
In general, we liked everything very much, and we were satisfied with the trip and the overall impression.
